美国宪法第二修正案（公民持枪）有什么实际意义
美国宪法第2条第2款的规定应当通过立法解释的方式来加以完善。
美国宪法第2条第2款 He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.译文：总统经咨询参议院和取得其同意有权缔结条约，但须经出席参议员三分之二的批准。

美国宪法第二修正案有什么实际意义
美国宪法修正案生效之后，宪法中被修正的部分并不修改，但是由于修正案的生效已经无效，该部分内容只适用修正案。
中国宪法修正是在原文中修改，其实效果是一样的。
