座右铭是用来激励或提醒自己的警句格言。
比如一个人提示自己要爱护身体，就写下一个座右铭：“健康是幸福的源泉。
”另一个人告诫自己要守信用，就把《论语》中的“与朋友交，言而有信”当作座右铭。
我也有自己的座右铭，“不满足是向上的车轮。
”这句话是爷爷说的。
我为什么要把这句话作为我的座右铭呢
这里面还有一个小故事呢
我的邻居是一个聪明伶俐的小女孩，我们都称她为“小小发明家”因为她的小脑袋里装满了许多幻想，而且一有空闲时间就依据自己的幻想制作小发明。
有一次，她叫来我帮忙做小发明，我答应了。
我和她翻箱倒柜，找齐了所需的材料，开始制作。
原来她想试着把MP3和拐杖合为一体，让爷爷奶奶边拄着拐杖，边听歌。
于是我们把MP3粘在拐杖的把柄上，我们一试，真的能听音乐。
我很高兴，可是她却觉得这样做不好，她觉得这样没办法放电池，于是她把MP3拆下来，向着怎么办才好。
我就对她说：“不然我们再去商场看看有没有竖着装电池的MP3。
”她就跟着我去商场，把竖着装电池的MP3买回来。
把MP3和拐杖粘在一起，我认为成功了，但她认为还要改进，因为她觉得MP3应该粘在拐杖的身子上，不能装在把柄上，否则使用者很难拿。
我觉得有道理，就把MP3移了位置。
但她还是不满意，因为MP3的线很长，线收起来后不知道放哪，于是她就找来一个小塑料盒，把它装在MP3旁边，我们试着把线收起来放进盒子里，刚好
我们都很高兴，她就把拐杖送给她的爷爷，爷爷乐得合不拢嘴。
通过这件事，我知道了做人不能满足，要不断的进步，人生才会更精彩。
