这绝对是我实践得来的……看电视剧最好开始几集看看双字幕 或英文字幕 ，多熟悉熟悉每个角色习惯用的语言文法， 然后就最好看无字幕版的
或者英文字幕也行。
看电影， 也最好先看无字幕的， 然后再 看看英文字幕的， 看和自己听的结果有哪些差别， 再看中文或中英文字幕， 这样再看看和自己的理解有什么差别。
