Now Is Good(活在当下)四年前，Tessa Scott被（达科塔·范宁 Dakota Fanning 饰）查出得了白血病，医生承认这是不治之症，于是她放弃了治疗。
四年后的今天，她的父母已经分居，她和弟弟、父亲（帕迪·康斯戴恩 Paddy Considine 饰）住在一起，有一个好朋友Zoey（卡雅·斯考达里奥 Kaya Scodelario 饰）。
