电影的全称是《千与千寻的神隐》也就是“千或者千寻的神隐”，因为千寻在异世界的名字叫做“千”，所以可以说说“千的神隐”或者“千寻的神隐”，综合起来就变成“千与千寻的神隐”了日本人把不知原因的失踪称之为“被神隐藏起来”，简称“神隐”《spirited away》也就是神隐的意思其实这个翻译还算贴切，因为据说就算是神隐归来的人，也会忘记神隐的事，所以我们不可能知道神隐过程中发生的事，而电影就是详细的描述了神隐的一个前因后果，所以忽略主角的名字，只叫“神隐”也是可以的
