当然，美国观众的心理很难捉摸，Star Wars那一套让人觉得幼稚得可笑，可是每次拍出来都是万人空巷地出来捧场；Spider-Man我觉得只适合孩子看，可人家在经济如此萧条的情况下轻轻松松就爬到了全美总排名的第五位，卖掉了4亿多美元。
4亿美元如果没概念，就想想偌大的中国电信一年利润才合7亿美元。

后来影片就公映了。

一般来说，在脱口秀上放的片断都是影片数一数二出彩的地方，就一分钟，看得我对Tom Hanks的演技佩服得五体投地，简直是绝了。
不过即便如此，还是没有引起我对这片子的丝毫兴趣：电影在我的心目中从来都是首要以情节来吸引人的，还没有看就知道故事的过程和结局，会有什么意思呢
再后来就是2001奥斯卡颁奖，Tom Hanks靠这部片子角逐最佳男主角。
看着各个影片片断，我就一直在想：他要是黄药师，别人充其量也就是个欧阳克水平，也就只有达斯汀霍夫曼等几个人才能跟他平起平坐。
会当凌绝顶永远不是成功的代名词，因为你应该去参加华山论剑这种终身成就奖之类的评比，老是参加比武招亲还让不让别人娶媳妇

我相信他的眼力，虽然有1G之大，还是从他那里传过来了。
我从来就是这样，没有亲眼见到一件事物之前，根本不去了解它，好像我在《第一次的亲密接触》街头巷尾流行了三四年以后才开始读这部小说，根本还不知道轻舞飞扬会最后生病死去，结果读完了感动个一塌糊涂；看Cast Away以前，从没想过是一部喜剧。
结果看得我差点笑出了眼泪，看完以后又蹉跎不已。
影片从恰克上了荒岛以后就一路精彩。
从他破衣烂衫地捡盒子，到他周游全岛地找活人；从千方百计地砸椰子，到千辛万苦地捉螃蟹；从痛不欲生地埋葬了朋友的尸体，到被逼无奈地给自己做了一条上吊绳，每一处都让你的心情跟着上上下下，起起伏伏。

有深度的电影的中心永远是围绕着人性。
威尔森诞生于火种，最初我觉得那不过是避免此片成为一部无声电影的道具，后来看呀看地才明白，为什么恰克在有了威尔森以后突然重新投入了取火的战斗：人类在解决衣食温饱之余，一定要有友情的存在才不会郁郁而终。
四年以后失去威尔森的时候，如果你认为那不过是一个排球，一定不会半点动心；但如果你觉得失去了一个终日陪伴、历尽荆棘，又听你倾诉了四年的老友，也一样会痛不欲生。
不过友情之上，还有人类最伟大的感情。
不得不承认真正支撑恰克活下去的是他对自己妻子深深的爱，所以无论何时他都不会丢掉那块怀表和那枚像章；所以最终真实地接近了被救的希望的时候，他嘴里喃喃的不是威尔森，不是Fedex，而是他的爱妻凯丽；所以当他真正回到现代社会的时候，不得不强迫自己从对生存希望的渴求，转化为对不能让爱妻重回身畔的绝望的压抑，从而让观众觉得影片有了含义。

比如这个Fedex，不可否认在穿插剧情方面起了重要的作用，可是简直就要喧宾夺主，这要是在十年以前，一定是用一个杜撰的什么公司名字，如今世道已经不同啦。
这也让我想起看电影Tomb Raider的时候，激烈的战斗过后，突然开来了一辆UPS送快递，当时电影院里一片哗然：这也有一点太过了吧。
还有那个排球，随便取个什么名字不就行了吗，非要大特写地拍完包装和商标Wilson以后，一遍又一遍地叫着威尔森，这一点让人稍稍有一点起鸡皮疙瘩。
影片看完了，也评完了，最后想说的是，这部结局可以预知的Cast Away拿了2000全年票房的第二名，当时位居全美历史第22位，2亿3千多万美元。
