当他来到凶手的家，找到女孩的衣物，却无论如何都找不到女孩本人。
这时他看到院子里两条狗在撕咬这女孩的一节小腿骨（女孩其它部分应该已经被吃掉了。
）罗夏崩溃了。
如果说以前他还对人类尚有怜悯之心，这次的案件却足以击碎他可怜的信念。
一个人，要多么泯灭人性才会把一个楚楚可怜的女孩去喂狗
所以凶手求饶的时候，罗夏毫不犹豫举起斧头劈了下去，尽管对方已经死了。
他还在不停地砍。

守望者罗夏为什么要死
罗夏还活着，那么他一定人们说清楚，关于的核爆炸发生的缘由，是因为曼哈顿为了阻止俄美两国发动战争才做出的事情。
如果没有人去说，那么世人就会一直误认为是曼哈顿博士要害死美国人，会把博士当做公敌。
博士为了让地球保持和平，宁可被世人误会，到火星去生活。
罗夏是个执着，正义的人，如果不说，自己也会很痛苦。
博士杀死他那么就不存在痛苦，也会一直保守这个秘密了。
