那可不是黑家啊，那是他公司的股也是技术开发部门的头头演员叫·弗里曼(morgan freeman)，在电影中，蝙蝠侠为了方便找到小丑并对之进行打击，往全市的手提电话中装入了声纳设备，这样就可以监听、监视全市所有人的言行及其所在的环境，这无疑是对他人隐私的一种侵犯。
所以弗里曼就告诉蝙蝠侠说：任何人或者组织都不该拥有这样的权利，如果你非要我做的话，请以此作为我的辞职信。
当然，蝙蝠侠让他在一切结束之后输入他自己的名字，那实际上是个系统自毁密码，弗里曼输入密码之后看到系统自毁的警告之后笑了，说明他是不会辞职的。

关于这部电影的优秀已经被说的太这里只写一些关于它结局的感想，我在看整部电累积的情绪恰好在结局处韦恩和警长戈登对话时达到最终的释放，真是一部布局极为精巧的作品。
Wayne: But the Joker cannot win. Gotham needs its true hero. 韦恩：小丑不可以赢，高谭需要它真正的英雄 Gordon: No. 戈登：不... Wayne: You either die a you live long enough to see yourself become the villain. I can do those things... because I'm not a hero, not like Dent. I killed those people. That's what I can be. 韦恩：是作为英雄而死...还是苟且而生到头来发现自己已非善人。
这些事（指哈维丹特的仇杀）可以是我做的，因为我不是英雄，不是丹特那般的英雄。
