课堂上更多的是该解释一些难的语法，然后让同学们更多的开口和运用。
做这些在课堂外难以自己做到的事情吧。
还有复习，比如在上节课讲过的语法点，背过的对话，让他们用这些重点自己组织对话或者演讲。
比起死记硬背，更重要的是活学活用。

我来说说对英语老师的要求把，留学背景不是必要条件，英语水平当然是越高越好，这只是入职的基本条件，第一步面试就是对你的基本情况的了解，可能是纯英语问答。
第二步笔试，做试卷，通过这两步后就是关键的第三步，磨课，你来试讲，下面是新东方的资深老师听课，课后会对你有一个评价，指出你的不足，而后你回去准备下次的讲课，再指出你的不足，反复的提出意见要求你改，直到大家都觉得你具备在新东方当老师了，才会让你正式面对学生，第四步给学生上完科后会有一个学生对老师的评分，主要从上课的风格，是否幽默，活跃，有趣，内涵，知识量来评价，5分为最高分数。
的名师有学医的，有学哲学的，有学计算机的。
总的一点好的老师一定是学生喜欢的，能提高学生成绩的。

英语口语怎么练习才好啊
是去培训机构还是自己多说
1.多读，多说，多写，多听，多练
2.平时多积累一些词汇，从基础开始，从口语开始
。
3.多跟老师和老外进行交流，多研究 4.最好是看一些资料和光碟。
属于日常口语方面的 ，能锻炼自己的口语和听力。
5.记忆词汇的时候要掌握内在规律，比如 发音方面的 词形方面的 意义方面的等等 6.可以多看一些英语类的节目，英语类的书籍。
7.比如先看题，再读文；跳读法；略读法；逐步提高。
8.可以多听，收音机广播，还有录音等等。
