根据省教育厅的有关文件规定，现就自查工作的有关要求通知如下：1、各设区市、县（市、区）教育行政部门要对本学期开学以来，贯彻落实省教育厅《关于规范中小学校历和作息时间安排有关事项的通知》（闽教基〔2006〕79号）、《关于严禁组织有偿补课的通知》（闽教监〔2007〕9号）、《关于重申严禁寒假期间组织学生补课的紧急通知》（闽教基〔2008〕8号）等文件精神的情况进行一次全面的自查，并做好自查工作总结，包括对省教育厅有关文件的传达、学习情况，采取的具体措施，取得的成效，存在的主要问题，下阶段的工作思路等。
2、近期，各设区市、县（市、区）教育行政部门要对辖区内的普通中学是否利用节假日组织学生集体补课进行一次全面的检查，对发现仍在违规组织补课的，要及时查处，并责令整改；对屡禁不止的，要追究有关领导的责任。
3、在各地自查的基础上，省教育厅将组织人员对全省普通中学利用节假日补课情况进行明察暗访，发现有违规组织学生集体补课的学校，将在全省进行通报批评。
4、各地接此通知后，要立即将本通知精神传达到每所普通中学，并要求严格执行。
同时，请设区市教育局将自查工作总结材料，于5月15日前报送我厅基础教育处。
