【一线交流】毕业赠言,老师该说些什么
高考过后,又有一批毕业生将离开自己的母校。
送过毕业班的班主任都遇到过同一问题,那就是毕业赠言该说些什么。
对于这个问题,有的班主任会毫不在乎,有的则“轻描淡写”,笔者认为这些做法都欠妥当。
这其实是个非常重要的问题,班主任应当高度重视,甚至应为此安排一节主题班会。
毕业就意味着学生要开始各奔东西,或升学,或就业。
自古以来,离别是令人倍感凄凉的一件事,青春期的中学生也正处在“多愁善感”的阶段,他们其实很在乎这次离别。
笔者仔细观察过,那年笔者送毕业班,虽然平时学生学习状况并不好,他们对学校的好多方面并不是很满意,但在即将毕业时,有的学生经常“独自凭栏”,一个人在思索着什么。
起初笔者认为他们可能为即将奔赴考场而在调节心态,因为大考前都很紧张,调节一下情绪是人之常情。
后来,笔者发现自己的认识是错误的,有的不爱学习的调皮学生,他们平时根本就没什么压力,有时也经常走神。
于是,笔者找了几个学生一了解才知道,原来他们是对母校、同学、老师有一种特殊的感觉。
虽然这种感觉他们说不出来,但笔者分析,这种感觉相当复杂。
读过法国作家都德的《最后一课》的人也许都能理解,虽然具体情况不同。
既然如此,班主任更应好好把握住这次机会,对同学再进行一次从学习到做人的临别教育。
也许,这将影响学生的一生。
三年相聚,一朝离别,该说些什么呢
在以往,每次班会一般都会强调怎么遵守纪律,怎么好好学习,而这一次却不同以往。
仔细想想,此时老师有许多话要嘱咐学生,尤其是关于今后学生们发展方向的问题。
首先,回顾高中三年。
在这三年中,学校与学生之间,老师与学生之间,学生与学生之间,都或多或少有过愉快和悲伤,和谐与矛盾。
即将毕业,班主任应把这些校园往事,变为学生们中学时代宝贵的精神财富,无论是愉快还是悲伤,和谐还是矛盾。
不管怎么说,这也是一个人的人生中,最宝贵的黄金时期所经历的,它永远值得回忆。
其次,分析社会状况。
涉世未深的学生对社会情况不太了解,一旦走向社会,难免会碰钉子,甚至撞得“头破血流”。
作为老师,他们把学生看作自己的孩子,像对待自己孩子一样关心着他们,即使毕业仍旧如此。
所以,把社会状况,诸如人际关系、政治状况等问题,给学生作一番剖析,从而有助于学生们尽快成熟。
第三,终身教育思想。
当今社会是个竞争十分激烈的社会,如果跟不上时代潮流,很可能被时代的大潮吞没。
自古以来,中国就流传着一句格言:学无止境。
还有一句俗话:活到老,学到老。
看来,我们的祖先早就认识到了“终身教育”的重要性。
而今,“终身教育”思想在西方国家十分流行,并进而影响中国,开始传遍全球。
把时代的特征分析给学生,让他们在激烈的竞争中,能够走在时代的前列,去践行祖先的遗训,去实践世界的新思潮。
最后,如何做人。
这是一个很严肃的话题。
学校是传授知识的地方,学生来到这里也是为了获取必要的科学文化知识。
然而,“教书育人”四个字却内涵深刻。
“教书”是传授知识,这一点毫无疑问,而“育人”可就外延广阔了。
它除了含有传授知识的意思之外,还包括教育学生如何做人,这就涉及到人的品格问题了。
马克思主义哲学中有一条:坚持正确的价值取向。
