自己做寿司的作文500字
今天，我和妈妈一起学做寿司。
以前在餐馆里吃的寿司都十分地美味，所以，今天我自己也想亲自动手做美味的寿司吃了呢
我和妈妈先准备了香肠、黄瓜、肉松、紫菜、米饭等做寿司必须的材料，当然还少不了沙拉酱和番茄酱哦
准备了这些以后，我们就开工了
首先，我们把紫菜平铺在像小竹排一样的寿司垫上，然后，再把米饭铺在上面，用饭勺压地一点儿。
接着，我们把黄瓜和香肠分别切成一段段，放置在米饭中间，再放上肉松，加了一点榨菜沫，最后一个步骤是把沙拉酱均匀地挤到上面，借助寿司垫的辅助作用，我们把这些包在紫菜里的饭卷起来，让它变成一个饭团，然后再把这个饭团切成一段段，就大功告成了
可笑的是，我们第一次卷起来的寿司竟然是正方形的
而且，里面的配料也“跑”出来了不少呢
我和妈妈看着这盘不像寿司的寿司，笑得腰都直不起来了。
妈妈缓了缓，说：“失败是成功之母，有了这次失败的经验，我们第二次肯定会有进步。
”随后，我们分析了失败的原因，原来是因为卷寿司的时候力度没有掌握好，一手松，一手紧，十分地不均匀。
于是，我和妈妈又开始了第二次的试验，但是还是跟第一次差不多。
但是，我还是没有泄气，我鼓励自己，说：“没关系的，下次一定能成功，再试一次
”于是，我和妈妈又试了一次、两次、三次……终于，功夫不负有心人，经过我们五次的不懈努力，我们成功做成了一盘像样且味道也不错的寿司啦
这时的我们早已是大汗淋漓了，但我们还是顾不上休息，把有模有样的寿司切好，一个个摆放在盘子里。
然后，妈妈便把爸爸也叫了过来，和我们一起分享成功的喜悦，全家人一起津津有味地吃了起来
虽然我和妈妈做的寿司不像店里做的那么好看和美味。
