当然，要做到一点并非易事，要从心理和知识两方面进行疏导与辅导。
第一， 进行心理疏导，帮助学生树立良好的学习英语的信心。
信心是成功的保证，而学习英语的信心就要依靠老师作内心细致的工作。
在平时的教学中，我经常提醒他们的三个字是“我能行”。
当他们在学习中遇到挫折时，我及时鼓励他们，帮助他们走出低谷，使他们看到光明的前途。
当每阶段的难点出现时，这些学生特别需要老师的关心和帮助。
老师必须帮助他们化难为易，克服难点,保证他们顺利越过每个险峰，从而增加他们克服困难的信心和毅力，帮助他们消除畏难退缩的情绪，让他们在平时不断的成功中一点一滴地发现自己的“闪光点”，建立良好的自我感觉。
