我语文水平不高，说普通话都不到位

语文水平不高其实不是个很严重的问题，你想表达的可能是你觉得在沟通上有困难吧
在说话内容上，我觉得一个比较简单可行的方法就是说话时将想说的表达完整。
哪怕说的很长都不要紧，但要注意少说重复的内容。
如果工作环境不允许可以在平时聊天说话时有意识的改进。
这其实不需要很高的语文技巧。
关于普通话，如果语音上有较大差异，听电台等可能对你帮助不大。
因为你能听懂，而是口音形成习惯难以改变。
