其实要有心的话外语挺好学的. 我学英文的时候开始也很难,但是学久了后觉得也挺简单的.在我这边工作很难找.会说英语工作会好找点.

不知道你到底是为了什么要定学习计划，是为了考研
还是要有一口流利的英语。
你学英语的目的直接决定了你的学习方法， 如果是为了应对考试型的英语当然是针对不同种类的考试特点进行学习，背单词，如六级重阅读和听力，那么侧重点就放在单词和听力上，考研的话重阅读和写作，那么重心又有所不同。
如果只是要求能说的话，那么就可以找一些比较短小精悍的课文来背诵，比如说四六级口语测试的TOPIC来进行练习，平时尽量学着运用。
坚持每天背诵一篇短文，这对你的发音有很大帮助，而且如果坚持背诵，你会发现你记忆英语的能力会逐渐提高，也就是说你既英语短语句子会比一般人快，而且不容易遗忘，这个我有亲身的体验，但是背诵的话见效慢，我大概是花了将近大半年的时间，老师才突然对我说我的发音好很多，平时上课不容易记住的短语等后来也都比较容易掌握。
背诵时一定要翻译性的背，不要死背，可以先精读一篇文章进行词汇，句子，结构三方面的分析然后再背，千万不能死背，这会吃力不讨好的。
不需要背很多很多，要记住要精，烂熟于心，最好能够默写。
要知道自己没被一个短语，句子对应的中文意思，不然就是你自己都不能理解的咒语了。
如果想提高英语写作，或比较综合的英语水平，可以学习新概念3的教材。
可以尝试中英文互译，这是见效比较快的方法，一般练习中英文翻译达五十篇以上，英语表达一般可以突飞猛进的发展，但是一般翻译一篇文章用时长，所以需要极大的耐心，很多人都半途而废的。
所以可以选一些不太长的地道英文。
吃力不讨好的心情短语
呵呵....初中的英语其实是不太难的。
你应该很少读课文吧。
并且应该是那种有些不太敢说英语的人....几点建议，应该管用：一、背课文. 别管初中该高中，就算是大学，只要课文全都能背下来，英语绝对不会差...二、背单词 英语单词不是看着汉语背英文拼写，那样的话只能是忘了背，背了忘。
回头背单词的时候，先静下心来， 1.把所有的单词读一遍（不超过30个，只读单词，建议一个读三遍）。
2.然后看英文想它的中文意思，接着再读一遍（只读有特殊用法的）。
3.读一遍课文，边读边想文章的翻译. 4.看中文，被拼写.. （30个单词，按这种方法，15分钟应该可以完全背下来。
超过15分钟的话就先换别的背吧，你本身不专心，背了也是浪费时间，还要返工） 个人认为初中英语只有这两点，做得好的话。
120分的卷子，中考应该有105以上，110多也不是不可能。
三、一些亲身经历 英语很简单，就是背背写写的问题。
我也上过一些英语班，他们会给你讲许多的方法，但事实上，中考的时候你什么都用不上，有上英语班的时间，在家读上2个小时的课文，效果比什么都好，还不用花什么钱。
尤其是，你会觉得自己很有自信心，而不是在辅导班里发现自己其实什么也不会.....四、有必要的话 在初三的时候，真正自己把所有的课文、单词从头到尾背一遍。
老师说的很多东西，像什么做资料啦，研究题型啦，么什么用。
如果初三，你能把三年的课本背上6遍，中考要是考不到110绝对是出邪啦... 别慌，才初二，时间很多，足够你提成绩了。

怎么学的，一定要特意去看英语语法么，还有，一般一个很长的句子，英语翻
（1）关于口语练习：这个真心没有捷径，就是得练。
一点就是，听力好的话，口语一定差不了，所以听力和口语两个可以同时换着练，他们是相互提高的关系。
第二点，我个人的觉得很好用的方法就是，边听边复述，意思就是，你就放着一段录音，或者是广播也可以，不要停顿，就跟着人家说，他说完一句你就复述一句，复述的时候，不要停下录音或者广播的播放，所以，基本就是，你不仅要复述人家说完的上一句，同时脑子里还要注意人家下一句在说什么。
我当时上的时候一个老师教的，但是忘记是谁了。
当时上的没什么意思，上完后就只觉得这个秘诀很管用，其他的都忘记了。
第三，的话，不用特意去看。
语言就是为了交流的，所以，在交流的过程中，只要意思能懂，其他的都不是那么重要。
我到现在he 和she，还有单数复数，还有时态都会弄错，朋友都会笑，可是，他们都能懂我在说什么。
第四，等到你口语比较好的时候，就有语感了，很多句子你都不用分析语法，一读就会觉得怪怪的，好像哪里不太对（比如说中文，说是一条鱼就行，但是一条猪就不行，说为什么不能说一条猪呢，你能解释么
对吧，反正就是觉得不对，不能那么说，所谓语感就是这个意思了。
），所以不用太担心语法的。
当然，最基本的得会哈。
（2）关于英文翻译：这个我真心不知道教科书上是怎么说的。
我个人的话，如果是一句话，我就是整句话读完再翻译；如果是一段话，那么我基本上把整段读完，懂得作者的大概意图之后，逐句的翻译。
翻译的时候，也不用太拘谨于逐个词语都翻译，那样的话，翻译过来就有点别扭，让人家一看就知道是英文翻译过来的，最好的还是能把意思完美的表达出来。
比如说吧，he has fantasies about everyone except for his mom. 如果直译的话就是，他对除了他妈以外的人都有（性）幻想。
但是如果翻译成这样， 他这个人，除了他妈以外，是个人他就意淫。
后面这句话是不是更通俗呢
还有比如里面有句话说 Anything for Danny，可以翻译成，为了Danny我可以做任何事，如果翻译成为Danny我可以两肋插刀，是不是更接地气啊，哈哈。
不过，也是要看这是为了什么而翻译的，如果是考试里面的翻译，当然就要翻译的比较严肃了。
