海南空气质量是不是全国最好
6月5日是第34个世界环境日。
国家环保总局公布了2004年空气污染指数最小的10大城市，海口位列第二。
但是，我以为，这其实不能完全反映海口的真实的空气质量状况。
每当我们走到海口大街上的时候，我们总觉得海口约30万辆环保标准并不高的机动车排放着大量的尾气和噪音。
笔者在上个月里的一个双休日里带儿子来到博爱南路购物，汇集到这条马路的机动车辆川流不息，排放出令人窒息的废气和令人心烦意乱的噪音，笔者手牵儿子想过街，等了很久竟不能过去。
不知街道两旁的店家如何适应这种损害人体健康的环境。
那天我想，如果摩托车都变成静谧的电动自行车要好得多啊。
海口之所以能位列第二，部分地得益于它在海边，周围没有阻挡废气排出的高山。
海口目前城市规模不大，人口不多。
但海口的城市化程度会不断加大，人口会不断地增多。
到时候，还能维持目前这种较好的环境质量吗
我们恐怕是要存疑的。

海口，一个同其他中国城市日益雷同化的城市，恐怕难于长久地独善其身。
走在海口街头，我们会看到许多机动车一路上释放出浓浓的黑烟或蓝色的尾气。
这个问题长期得不到解决。
我调来海口8年时间了，仍然看到不少中巴公共汽车这样排气，居民的以新大洲为代表的摩托车仍旧在那样毫无节制地排气。
