盖饭的热量

鱼香肉丝每100克热量154大卡，米饭每100克热量114大卡，一碗米饭约150克。
所以如果楼主一顿饭吃一碗米饭+大半碗鱼香肉丝，热量大概在328大卡。
以我自身为例，168身高，每日基础代谢约为1200多大卡，为了减肥，摄取的热量肯定是控制在这个标准以下的，楼主可自行判断。
