只是在未来30年后，中国的农村不是现在这个样子，而是以农场主的形式租种大片的农田，而绝大部分的农村人来到城市，这个时候农村和城市差别要颠倒了，农场主或许会成为中国最富有阶层之一，目前，这种现象就已经开始，一个人租种几百亩甚至上千亩地的现象已经普遍存在，这就成为当代农村最富有的阶层，大家看看农村那些最漂亮的房子，很多就是他们的，农村两极分化已经越来越严重，随着他们对农田的集中、垄断，未来农产品的价格自然不会是今天这个样子，因为他们有资格向城里人拍板，价格不行不种。
到那时，或许贫困人口就集中于城市了，真不知道拼命向城市转移的农村人，未来是否会后悔。
现在农村和城市的差距是否越来越小了
随着社会的发展，一部分条件比较好的农村有了新的改善，生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主，正在逐步缩小与城市之间的差距。
但是绝大多数农村的现状还是不容乐观的。
农村教育、医疗卫生、政治地位、经济地位、公共服务、基础设施等与城市之间依然存在相当大的距离。

A－I think some of them are seeking for better deveopment，like education，job or others．B－Actually，the education condition in city is better than county．But，that does not means all the people in county should move to city．A－Yes，the most important thing is to improve local education quality．However，some audlts from county work in city，so they move to city for convenience．And，meanwhile，they bring their parents together to better take care of them．B－Yes，this also increase population concerntration．This phenomenon is really common nowdays．A－I think government should take some measures to solve this problem． B－You are right．In my opinion，the most vital thing is to balance the development between city and county．This is the root cause．A－I agree with you．When ecomomy development is balanced，there is no advantage or disadvantage between city or county．B－Yeah，maybe people will choose to live in county for better environmental condition．A－The city is badly polluted now．People really should pay attention to it．B－Haha，so just for yourself，will you choose to live in city or county
A－Right now，I will choose to live in city．You know，it is convenient for me to shopping in city．County is good，but so many material things are no sufficient now．B－You just hit the point．So，I really think government should do some things to improve life quality of county．And，improve their economy．A－It is normal for people to incline for good enjoyment．B－Yes，but I think I will go to county to do some help for local people if I am capable．A－That is so great of you．B－
