其次，在上师范的时候，我意识到了学说普通话的重要性，但我只是在表面上进行了改变，至于平舌音和翘舌音、前鼻音和后鼻音基本不当回事，到了二十世纪，电脑和收集的普及，我意识到了问题的严重性，于是我参加了普通话的考试，可连续三次考试都没有合格，为了不误人子弟，我加强学习，参加了普通话的强化班，通过学习，使我纠正了许多不到位的发音，说话时的流畅性比以前有了明显的进步，我乡在以后的工作中，我只要坚持说普通话，我的习惯一定会有所改变。
通过这次学习，我深深的体会到，作为一个新时期的幼儿教师，随着时代的变化，社会的进步，要当好一名教师不但要掌握专业知识，同时随着知识的更新，我们需要不断的学习，要给孩子一杯水，自己要有一桶水，这就需要我们不断的努力，从各个方面丰富自己的知识，提高自己的理论水平，能跟着时代的发展而发展，活到老穴道老，这句话说得一点也不错，在以后的日子里，我将继续努力，以知识来武装自己，争取做一个新时期合格的幼儿教师。
