好像就在昨天，我还坐在母校的教室里，阅读着报纸上学长学姐的来信及其鼓励。
而今天，已轮到我提起手中的笔，跟正在为新的人生而奋斗的你们谈一下自己的感想了。
首先，我想说的是感谢几年来母校的老师们对我的引导与培养，使我从懵懂无知到今天的不断成长渐趋成熟。
几年大学生活中我最大的收获不仅仅是书本上的知识，还有太多的感触和做人的道理。
在西部志愿服务的工作中，我每天不忘学校的寄托，在自己的服务岗位上发挥着自己的专业优势，我能有今天是学校给予了我的一切。
有句老话，滴水之恩，当涌泉相报。
而母校所给予我的关爱我当如何报答

在看似漫长却又短暂的大学学习生活中，多多少少有了一些自己的见解和感受，或许算不得什么经验，拿出来供大家做一下参考吧
一、我认为作为大学生要怀着一颗感恩的心，真诚的对待身边每一个人，不可脱离集体，如果还像高中那样埋头苦读，忽略了和同学、老师的交往与沟通，很容易产生压抑、郁闷甚至厌学的情绪，这样只会适得其反，让你在大学的生活与将来的就业道路上走得更吃力。
学会感恩，处理好和同学的关系，给自己创造一个和谐的环境，才能保持愉快的心情，才能心无旁骛地投入学习中，取得更好的成绩。
二、应该积极参加学校组织的各种活动，这样会给自己更多的自信。
当初来到大学我也是一个沉默寡言的人，不喜欢和别人讲话，总认为好好学习取得好成绩就是最优秀的，经过军训和后来的社团文化生活，我发现当初自己是错误的，因为大学不仅仅是增长自己的专业知识，而且还要从各个方面发展，在这个复合化的社会中，早已淘汰了“书呆型”人才，也就是所谓水壶里煮饺子有才倒不出的典型性人才。
但是我的意思并不是说大学就是不用读书，而是要从书中吸取些知识和经验用到实处。
就读书方面我认为大一的时候课程不是那么紧凑，在不影响正常学习外可以试着去读一些《社交与礼仪》、《成功学》等方面的书籍，这样以来不仅仅增加了自己的文化修养、交际能力而且还可以开阔自己的视野。
对于读书一定要记住不要因读书而读书做书本的奴隶，而要学着做书本的主人。
三、大学一定要学会勤俭节约，千万不要比吃比穿。
当初我读书的时候由于家庭条件比较艰苦，再说家里根本没有多余的钱留给自己做生活费，为了求生，我曾经在校园里捡过饮料瓶、包装纸来换些生活费，亲爱的学弟学妹们，在这个漂亮的校园里你们能拉下面子去做这些事情吗
也许你们会感到丢人，会感觉让人看不起，其实这都是自己的虚荣心在作怪。
也许现在的你们比我幸运，能生活在富有的家庭。
当时我实在没有办法，只有打破自己的虚荣心才能填报肚子。
才能更好地学些知识。
学弟学妹们，即使你很有钱但你的一切还是来自于父母。
你没有资格任意的挥霍。
就算你父母在商界小有成就。
今天你可记得他们是怎样披星带月地工作，他们是怎样日出而做，日落而息的。
在商业上他们受到别人的歧视，受到过别人的鄙视，甚至乃受到过别人屈辱
也许你早已忘，其实今天父母没有太多的指望，只希望我们自强不息，比他们过得好就足够了。
亲爱的学弟学妹们，不管你出生怎样的家庭，请你都不要灰心，虽然我们不能决定自己的出生，但我们有能力来改变自己的未来。
在此，我特别想对学弟学妹们中的一些贫困生说，贫困不可怕，可怕的是逃避，不敢站起来树立自己的自尊，没有自强和自信的心胸，每个人的世界都很平凡，只有走好自己的路，才能实现自己的美丽辉煌、绚丽璀璨的人生梦想。
不幸是一所大学，苦难是最好的老师，贫穷不是耻辱，人生越是置身穷途险境，就越容易激发豪情壮志。
物质上的满足微不足道，精神上的满足更为富有，走自己的路，才能闯出自己的前程。
学弟学妹们，天行健，君子以自强不息；地势坤，君子以厚德载物。
请昂起头，走好脚下的每一步，走好这几年，你们会发现走过的路上，每一步都是精彩的，都是人生中最珍贵的一部分。
四、大一是最关键的一年，一定要摆正心态，定准目标，高尔基说过：一个人追求的目标越高，他的才能就发展越快，对社会就越有益。
目标是激发人的积极性、产生自觉行为的动力。
一个人一旦没有生活目标，就会意志消沉、浑浑噩噩。
如果说大学就是一座金子塔，那么大一就像金字塔的根基，如果没有了根基，那么就不会有金字塔的的雄伟之颠峰。
在此，我真的不希望你们对大学生活的执着成了一种人生的设施品
不希望你们对自己的未来成为了此时此刻的等待品
不希望你们对自己所学的专业和生活成了你们所谓大学的消耗品
更不希望你们把父母的期望与出人头地成为了你们眼前的攀比与妒忌品
五、积极规划大学生活。
因为任何规划都将成为你某个阶段的终点，也将成为你下一个阶段的起点，而你的志向和兴趣将为你提供方向和动力。
如果不知道自己的志向和兴趣，你应该马上做一个发掘志向和兴趣的计划；如果你不知道毕业后要做什么，你应该马上制定一个尝试新领域的计划；如果不知道自己最欠缺什么，你应该马上写一份简历，找你的老师、朋友打分，或自己审阅，看看哪里需要改进；如果毕业后你想进入某个公司工作，你应该收集该公司的招聘广告，以便和你自己的现况对比，看自己还欠缺哪些经验；如果你想毕业后自己创业，你就应该了解创业所需要什么条件，多看些创业成功人士的从中吸取些经验，以便为自己打下创业的基础。
只要认真制定、管理、评估和调整自己的人生规划，你就会离自己的目标越来越近。
最后，亲爱的学弟学妹们，请你们养成良好的生活习惯、学习习惯，因为好的习惯会使你受益终生，同时，坏的习惯将会将会贻害无穷。
科学的规划自己的时间，充分利用时间搞好学习，锻炼身体，并合理地做到劳逸结合，这样才使你的大学生活变得丰富多彩。
奋斗改变命运，梦想让我们与众不同，学弟学妹，以你们的学姐石红为楷模，以我们学院的自强之家精神为动力，在蓝天学院这片灿烂的时空下，铸造一对坚硬的翅膀，创造充实而美好的生活。
