讲比赛一般不需要主持人的话太多，分数结果统计好后，结束语，只要有个开场白。
所有过程当中主持人的话都要精练。

最后全部选手讲完。
然后每个选手讲完后念评委评分并宣布上一位选手得分（可不做）、下一位选手介绍VCR，颁奖、请选手上台、评委介绍，宣布或请某位领导宣布结果，不要和选手抢风头、领导介绍、提醒下一位选手准备
