他在北大的时候有很多的苦闷：一是普通话不好，第二英语水平一塌糊涂。
所以被调到了C班，C班叫做“语音语调及听力障碍班”。
这两个人学英语有这些共同点：一、英语成绩曾经都很差；二、后来都利用英语成就了自己的事业，成了中国最出名的英语学习者；三、把英语做成了产业。
