今天我演讲的题目是《祖国在我心》。
五千年漫漫征程，一路风雨一路行。
中华民族曾有过向世界开放，国力强盛的汉唐辉煌，也有过闭关锁国，落后挨打的近代耻辱。
前进的道路充满艰辛，但艰辛蕴寓着希望。
如今走向世界的中国，脚步迈得更加坚定、更加铿镪、、更加豪迈。
民族复兴，指日可待；中华腾飞，势不可挡。
回眸历史，“路漫漫其修远兮”……张骞出使西域，玄奘西行取经，鉴真东渡传教，郑和七下西洋。
我们的祖先曾让中国走向世界，让世界认识中国，大开放迎来大发展，四大发明曾一度是我们的自豪。
但是到了近代，中国的封建统治者妄自尊大、闭关锁国、思想僵化。
中国脱离了世界，世界甩落了中国。
鸦片战争、中法战争、中俄战争，《南京条约》、《北京条约》、《马关条约》，太多太多的苦难，太多太多的枷锁，东方巨人，你怎么了
东方巨人，你为什么不怒吼
\\\/\\\/“仰天长啸待时日，巨龙腾飞平地起。
”中国共产党领导中国人民站起来了，屈辱的历史一去不复返，辉煌的前景向我们走来。
“抗美援朝报国仇，万隆会议结朋友。
大庆石油奏凯歌，两弹一星显身手。
”自力更生，内强国力；五项原则，外接友邻。
新中国以不屈的自尊，独立自主，攻破坚冰。
以崭新的姿态，和平共处，走向世界。
鲜艳的五星红旗终于在联合国庄严升起。
展望未来，中华民族“上下而求索”……道路是曲折的，但曲折只会让中国人民更加理智。
十年内乱后，党带领中国人民改革开放，在总设计师的领导下，“改革东风送残冬，对外开放春意浓。
”经济特区、沿海明珠；863计划、一国两制；留学热潮、冰雪长城。
这一切无不在昭示着：中国的无限发展生机和活力。
“乘风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海”。
坚持对外开放，与时俱进谱新篇：浦东崛起，港澳回归；北京申奥成功，“神舟”号遨游太空；上海举行APEC会议，中国经济顺利入世。
这一切无不在昭示着：中国巨龙的飞速发展和不断强大。
历史给我们以启迪：一个走向世界的民族，必须自尊自立，自信自强；未来给我们以召唤：一个走向世界的民族，必须胸怀宽广，博采众长，才能以昂然身姿挺立于世界民族之林。
今天我们是祖国的希望，明天我们就是祖国的栋梁。
祖国永驻我心，我心属于祖国。

朋友说我过于喜爱它，忽略了其他花的美丽，也许是吧
暮春三月，百花争艳，牡丹芍药，艳丽妩媚，使人为之震惊；夏日炎炎，紫罗兰、玉兰散发淡淡幽香，祛除夏意，让人心旷神怡；秋高气爽，菊独傲枝头，正直傲洁油然而生；隆隆寒冬，梅独自争妍，不畏严寒，吐放清香，赞美之词不可胜数。
但是，我仍固执地认为莲才是完美。
对莲的喜爱，使我成为百花不公正的裁判。
在生活中，对事物的是非曲直，我们也常常是不公正。
夜深了，我静静地躺在床上，被这个问题烦扰着。
回忆的匣子被偷偷地打开，往事，重现眼前。
因对个别人的崇拜，我成为他的守护者，旁人稍有异议，便拳脚相加，小伙伴们对之畏惧，便缄口不语，使我内心稍稍喜悦；因和亲密伙伴要好，便不理事情对错，不分青红皂白，硬着脸皮要站在朋友一边；因对个人稍有偏见．一出现可疑之处，聚焦点便投向他；因为自己的喜好盲目顺从，人云亦云，都不知道在干些什么。
猛然发现，曾经，自己是如此没有主见，成了失根的兰花，追逐的浮萍，飞舞的秋莲，因风四散的蒲公英，我又当了生活不公正的裁判。
世界甚大，要认清每一事物，应抛开自我的个人感情，透过现象看本质，让我们的生活更有主见，更能感觉自己的存在。
就像一棵巨松，扎根在山崖之间，不随山水、飓风而改变自己的位置；就像一棵独自开在山谷里的野百合，不管有没有人路过，仍开得那么鲜艳那么快乐。
爱莲，却不溺莲。
爱生活，应该做个公正的裁判。

中国吃饭的文化演讲稿35字
俗话说得好：“苏州是上海人的后花园，无锡是上海人的会客厅，而我们常州是上海人的宴会厅。
”说到宴会厅，美食文化是必不可少的。
这次我们小记者有幸参加莱蒙时代举办的《常州美食与文化》，这下我们可以一饱眼福了。
主讲人是武进区烹饪协会会长\\\/餐饮业国家一级评委龚剑锋伯伯。
一开始龚伯伯就对我们发问：“在座的记者们，你们知道烹饪需要用到哪些工具吗
”我们争先恐后地回答：菜刀、砧板、磨具、食材…….伯伯频频点头，随后拿出一盒陶瓷刀和一块方形的砧板，又掏出一袋东西，里面是三块白花花的豆腐和一根素白的萝卜。
我们很好奇，一窝蜂地冲上前去抢看。
顿时，整个会场里洋溢起惊呼声和照相机的连拍声。
可龚伯伯的一句话泼了我们一头凉水：“大家纷纷回座位，演讲结束之后我给大家表演绝技
”我们灰头土脸地回到座位,接着洗耳恭听起来，希望这2小时很快过去。
……不知不觉演讲已接近尾声，期待已久的表演终于开始。
龚伯伯先表演拔丝萝卜，一根极其普通的萝卜，瞬间在他手中变成一条弹力十足的手风琴。
然后是水上刻豆腐，这是一项高难度的厨艺表演，但是对于龚伯伯来讲只是小菜一碟，他三下五除二，一眨眼功夫就刻出一朵栩栩如生，盛开的白菊。
“可……是不是这豆腐太嫩，怎么总像个拖把头呢
”我嘀咕着，一旁的爸爸瞟了一眼，冷冷地说：“你懂什么

”我似懂非懂的答应着。
今天可真快乐啊
我不仅了解到美食的知识，还亲眼看到一场难忘的厨艺表演，真是受益匪浅啊
