关于信任的演讲稿
有一种美丽叫信任 信任是双方交往的基础，是人与人之间最美丽的语言。
一个信任的眼神可以化解矛盾的坚冰，一个信任的口吻，足以让人刻骨铭心，永难忘记。
前不久，看了一个报道，让我对信任一词重新有了认识。
事情是这样的：一个在单位加完班的女青年，下公车后独自走在回家的路上。
回家要经过一条幽长的巷子，天已完全黑了下来，女青年加快了脚步。
此时，她却听到了来自身后的一阵脚步声，随着她的脚步亦快亦慢。
女青年屏声息气，不敢回头，只是脚步迈得更大了，可是后面的脚步声也随之变得急促进来。
女青年心急如焚，无奈巷子里漆黑一团，只能听到她急促的呼吸声和身后的脚步声。
女青年知道自己在劫难逃。
这时，只见女青年在身后的脚步声越来越近的时候，突然转过身，哀求道：“大哥，我一个人害怕，请你送我走出这条巷子吧。
”闻听此言，那人一愣，之后便一言不发地默默陪着女青年一起往前走，直到走出了这个巷子。
我不禁为女青年的聪明叫好，她恰好运用了人性中人与人之间的信任，让自己毫毛无损地走出了危险的境地。
在关键时刻，与其说女青年用自己的智慧挽救了自己，不如说，是女青年信任的语气唤醒了那个图谋不轨的人，是信任战胜了良知。
在漆黑的巷子里，信任如同一条看不见的绳索，牵引着他走出了迷宫。
由于变幻莫测的世界，赋予了人们更多的欲望，人们心中普遍对信任产生了危机。
尽管如此，我还是相信，世上还是好人多，只要你用信任的眼光看待他，在需要帮助的那一刻勇敢地伸出手，我想，在两手相握的瞬间，一定会有惊喜发生。
我曾经居住在七层楼之上，每当放假我就要外出探望母亲，而我养的众多花卉和一只小狗却成了我回家时的负担，有时，天气晴朗可以带上狗一起走，要是遇到下雨或下雪，只能将其放在家里，可是，在外出的几天里，小狗的吃与喝怎么办
在我回家的日子里，我便将我家的钥匙交给了居住在四楼的一位大妈，帮我照管家里的花卉和小狗的吃喝。
当我回家看到繁花似锦的阳光上，鲜花盛开，小狗活蹦乱跳时，我感激大妈对我的帮助，我知道，是信任让我在外出的几天里，放心地将一个家交给了与自己毫无血缘关系的外人。
经常外出，在陌生的异地他乡，面对陌生的街道陌生的人群，有一种被家乡抛弃的感觉涌上心头。
一次坐车去外省探亲，到了目的地已是黑夜，偏巧我丢了要他人的电话号码，站在灯火辉煌的大街上，拦下出租，与司机搭讪着，可是，当地浓重的口音让我听不懂他一句话，我只好写下我要去的地方。
就这样，在一个陌生的城市，在夜晚11点多的时候，我被一位陌生的出租车司机载着，放心地把自已对这个城市的信任交给了他。
当我顺利找到要找的人时，面对惊在原地的他们，我只是笑了笑，我知道，我对这个城市的信任从此扎下了根。
对孩子，信任是母亲眼里的慈祥；对老人，信任是肩上的那付担子，老人担不动时，儿女们接过来又默默地放在自己的肩上。
一个缺乏信任的民族是没有希望的，一个缺乏信任的国家没有未来。
大到民族、国家，小到团体、个人，没有信任，便如大海的船，失去了航行的路标。
然而，信任的破坏是一刹那的事情，建立起信任却需要花费更大的力气去完成。
信任，与金钱无关，却与一个人的操行相连。
当母亲将手放在患儿的的额头上，当做儿女的搀扶着年老多病的老人坐在待诊的长椅上，信任的暖流便散发着芬芳，温暖着彼此的心房。
信任是领导交给员工交办的一件工作，信任是学生交给老师的一张满意答卷；信任是旅客坐在车上的安然；信任如售票员手中的车票，路程有多远，信任就有多长。
有一种美丽叫信任，它美丽着人们的心灵，美丽着这个大千的世界。

今天我演讲的题目是《英语的重要性》。
只会说家乡话，难以走出家门
只会说中国话，无法面对世界
所以，学好英语，迫在眉睫。
①英语是当今世界上主要的国际通用语言之一，也是世界上最广泛使用的语言。
据1986年的统计，世界上以英语为母语的人近4亿，差不多每十个人中就有一个人讲英语。
英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰等国家的人都讲英语。
世界上约有20个国家把英语作为官方语言或第二语言使用，共计约有8亿人。
也就是说，世界上差不多每五个人中有一个人至少在一定程度上懂英语。
若加上世界各国中小学生学习英语的人数，懂英语的人就更多了。
英语已经成为当今世界数十个国家的官方语言，这些国家独占了全世界70%以上的财富 … … 不懂英语就意味着跟这70%的机会无缘。
另有一大批原本的非英语国家，如我们的近邻日本韩国，随着经济起飞，跟国际市场快速融合，英语早已普及化，大众化，大大改变了这些国家的语言使用面貌。
调查显示，在这些国家，英语水平跟个人社会地位等级明显成正比。
②英语的使用范围非常广泛。
世界上70%以上的邮件是用英文写或用英文写地址的。
全世界科技出版物 70% 以上用英语发表。
全世界的广播节目中，有60%是用英语进行的。
绝大部分的国际会议是以英语为第一通用语言(90% 以上的国际会议用英语召开),它也是联合国的正式工作语言之一。
总之，在国际政治、军事、经济、科技、文化、贸易、交通运输等领域，英语是一个重要的交际工具。
随着我国对外开放的不断扩大化,科学技术的不断进步,国际地位的不断提高,迫切需要造就一大批精通外语的专门人才,以加速我国“四化”进程，使我国在国际事务中发挥更大更积极的作用。
因此，学好英语对实现上述目标具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。
我觉得英语是非常重要的，比如说：你来到了外国迷路了，或者要找人什么的，你不会英语，你就无法和别人问路或者交谈了。
英语的重要性是显而易见的：信息高速公路“互联网”信息近 80% 是由英语承载，许多技术性质和科学性质文献资料都是采用英文书写，这使以英语为母语的人群具有相当大的优势，他们不需特别的学习就可以阅读大量的资料。
学习英语必备的四个条件: 第一个必备条件：真正需要掌握英语，有掌握英语的欲望 第二个必备条件：有充足的学习时间 第三个必备条件：坚持的毅力和有效的学习 第四个必备条件：一定的学习方法和可执行的计划 英语的用途 学习英语决心的大小与对英语用途的认识有关。
如果认为“不出国用什么英语”、“中文资料都看不过来，哪里还有时间看英语资料”和“周围的人大都不会英语，自己不会无所谓”等等，就不可能重视英语学习，学生有了这种思想，就会勉强应付，以通过考试作为学习目标，考试结束，英语学习也随之结束；在职人员有了这种思想，虽然在形势影响下也可能学习英语，但碰到一点困难，就会停止或放弃。
如果认识到英语是我们了解世界和让世界了解中国必不可少的工具，就会下决心一定要学会英语。
1．对外交流需要英语例如随着改革开放的深入发展，来华旅游的外国人越来越多，他们需要与普通的中国人进行接触与交流。
正如有的来华旅游者反映的“中国地大物博，风景秀丽，是旅游者最有话与本地人说的一个国家，可是又是最找不到人（普通老百姓）说话的一个国家。
” 他们的这个说法难道不是从另一个方面说明英语是很有用的吗
各行各业的普通老百姓从实践中已经认识到这一点，他们学习英语的积极性空前高涨，旅馆服务员在学，出租汽车司机在学，个体商贩也在学。
随着我国经济的发展，普通老百姓出国旅游必将越来越多，届时人们对于英语重要性的认识还会上升到一个新的高度。
2．不出国也需要英话 随着近年来世界范围的信息高速公路的高速发展，世界进入了信息社会和网络世界（1997年世界经济论坛会议语），地球显得越来越小，国内和国外的界限变得不大清楚了。
从一定意义上讲， 可以说国内就是国外。
例如随着Internet网上多媒体（文字、声音和图像）的World Wide Web（即www）的出现，各种虚拟（virtual）事物层出不穷。
只要有一台电脑和相应的软件，加入网上的虚 拟大学（virtual university），用不着出国就可以上国外的大学并获得学位；在网上进行虚拟旅游（virtual tourism），足不出户就可以周游世界。
由于电脑空间（cyberspace）里信息极其丰富和详细，在电脑上进行虚拟旅游后对于世界名胜古迹的了解和印象可能比实地到过的人还要深刻和全面，真是“秀才不出门，全知天下事，立知天下事”。
但是所有这一切都离不开英语，因为网上百分之九十以上的信息是英语。
Internet网上各种信息名目繁多，五花八门，网点配置错综复杂，犹如一个信息迷宫。
面对电脑键盘，用什么指令进入这个迷宫，在不断变化的屏幕英语显示面前，怎样一步一步进行下去，都要在动态搜索过程中实时做出判断。
很显然，要做到这一点， 没有比较高的英语水平是不行的。
英语水平不高的人进入1nternet网，在纷繁的英语屏幕提示面前，边查词典边分析语法，刚开始时也许还能勉强进行几步，用不了多长时间就会胡乱击键，搜索到那儿算那儿，在资料的大海里随波逐流，听天由命。
其结果不是找到需要的信息，而是淹没在信息的汪洋大海之中，他们对于Internet的热情也就随之减退。
此外还有一个费用问题。
1nternet网的资料检索是联机在线进行的，占用一分钟要交一分钟的费用（即使所检索的资料免费，占用的通信线路的费用总是要交的）。
所以只有具有较高的英语水平，面对屏幕上的英语提示，一看就懂，才能在最短的时间，花最少的费用就能到达合适的网点，找到的合适资料，尽情享受高科技带给我们的乐趣。
3．不搞高科技也需要英语不少人认为只有在国内搞高科技的人才需要查阅国外的英语资料，从事一般科技工作的人就不一定需要了。
其实这是一个极大的误解。
一般说来，我们中国不仅仅在尖端科技方面落后于外国，在一般科技方面也远远落后于外国。
任何从事非尖端科技工作的人要想在自己的专业方面有长进，也必须懂得英语，以便及时了解国外的动态，吸取其先进经验。

You mentioned that hepatitis B could be incurable, so another concern we should not neglect is the possibility of bearing a child with the virus should this couple feel adamant about staying together. So here’s my point: Your girlfriend has been with her Mom for decades, and she owes her Mom a non-requitable debt for raising her. Given that she’s a filial daughter and her Mom is in poor health, if I were the girl, I would choose to leave the boyfriend. She has a responsibility to take care of her Mom and make certain sacrifices to keep her happy in her finite golden years. It’s the least a daughter can do for a mother. It would have been different if your girlfriend and her boyfriend were married with a kid, then she may justify staying with him in order to maintain a family. Let’s look at this from another angle, would the young man be happy to see the girl staying with him despites his contagious disease? I think Not! He’s extremely unfortunate to catch this disease and regardless of the outcome, he’s in misery, the pain will not vanish. If the girl stays, he may find a tiny bit of consolation, but on top of that, he would also have guilt! I know I would. If this is truly a terminal illness, why would anyone in his right mind wants to drag someone down with him, especially someone he loves so passionately? It’s a given fact that he wants her to leave him, and my heart goes out to him and I respect this kind of consideration and unselfishness. If the girl leaves, it should give the young man some relief and may be, just may be, that would alleviate some of the pain that he is enduring. Knowing that he’s not passing the terrible disease to his loved one, that may just enables him to focus his energy in a better way to fight against this malady, and he can do so with dignity.
