<被狗咬伤之后> 不能马虎不要包扎伤口!、立即、彻底冲口。
是抢救成败的关键。
切不可忘了冲洗伤口，或者马马虎虎冲洗一下，甚至涂点红汞包扎好伤口就送医院，这是绝对错误的。
据国家卫生部2006年8月公布的全国法定报告传染病疫情，其中狂犬病死亡人数为301例。
至此。
狂犬病已连续4个月成为我国报告死亡数量最高的传染病病种。
卫生部表示，8月份我国报告发病数居前五位的病种为：肺结核、乙型肝炎、细菌性和阿米巴性痢疾、梅毒、淋病，占报告发病总数的87.4％；报告死亡数居前五位的病种为：狂犬病、肺结核、艾滋病、流行性乙型脑炎、乙型肝炎，占报告死亡总数的89，85％。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高，饲养宠物者日益增多，无证养狗的也随处可见，但随之而来的人畜共患疾病也时有发生，狂犬病则是一种较为凶险的病症。
被狗咬伤，不管是疯狗。
还是正常狗。
都应以最快速度，就地用大量清水冲洗伤口。
若周围一时无水源，可先用人尿代替清水冲洗。
然后再设法找水。
冲洗伤口要彻底。
狗咬伤的伤口往往是外口小里面深，这就要求冲洗的时候尽可能把伤口扩大，并用力挤压周围软组织，设法把沾污在伤口上面的狗的唾液和伤口上的血液冲洗干净。
若伤口出血过多，应设法立即上止血带，然后再送医院急救。
记住：不要包扎伤口
就地、立即、彻底冲洗伤口。

狂犬病一旦发病几乎无救，关键在于预防。
预防的重点是加强犬类管理，严格控制犬类，捕杀野犬，管理家犬；市区、城镇禁止私人养犬，特殊单位需要养犬时，应按公安等部门有关规定办理登记，按期注射犬用狂犬疫苗，即3个月至1岁狗进行初种犬用狂犬疫苗。
后肢皮下注射活疫苗1针（灭活疫苗2针），以后每年加强免疫一次。
可维护2年以上免疫效果。
剂量：6个月龄大小犬3毫升，6～12月龄犬4毫升，12月龄以上5毫升。
急救措施：1，被病狗咬伤后。
应立即冲洗伤口。
关键是洗的方法。
因为伤口像瓣膜一样多半是闭合着，所以必须掰开伤口进行冲洗。
用自来水对着伤口冲洗虽然有点疼，但要忍痛仔细地冲洗干净，这样才能防止感染。
冲洗之后要用干净的纱布把伤口盖上，速去医院诊治。
2，被疯狗咬伤后，即使是再小的伤口。
也有感染狂犬病的可能。
同时可感染破伤风，伤口易化脓。
患者应向医生要求注射狂犬病疫苗和破伤风抗毒素预防针，咬伤严重者要注射抗狂犬病毒血清。
注意事项：1，被病狗咬伤是很危险的。
经常有被咬伤后发生破伤风而死亡。
2，温血动物，包括人在内，牙齿上有各种细菌和病毒生存，狗咬伤的伤口深而且形状复杂，恰好适于细菌繁殖，这也是发生破伤风之类疾病的道理。
3，一般家庭最好不要养狗，发现病狗要严格处理。
特别是患狂犬病的病狗应立即击毙。
