第一个40天的时间规划：1. 背单词：继续背诵《听力机经词汇》、《阅读机经词汇》、《剑桥雅思核心词汇精讲精练》，并结合王陆的精讲听力和口语篇，争取10天背诵一遍，并不要求全部掌握单词的用法，而是看见这个单词知道意思。
最好方法是睡前背一个小时，第二天早起，盖住前一天单词的汉语意思，一个一个看。
没记住的再强化记忆，到睡前再复习，就这样重复3-4次之后，基本上单词能够记牢。
这个工作不仅现在要做，而且会贯穿整个备考阶段。
2. 练听力：每天听半个小时到一个小时。
半个小时是最低限度，低于这个时长没有刺激效果。
听的要求是，在掌握句子大意的基础上争取听懂每一个单词。
雅思听力常考细节题，听清每一个单词很重要。
在这一段听力时间中，要拿出二十分钟到半个小时的时间进行跟读，材料说一句跟着说一句，不要暂停，模仿语音语调和发音方法，纠正口音。
听力材料可以根据自己的实际情况选择VOA常速，BBC新闻，以及《听见英国》等等。
练阅读：文章的长度以雅思文章长度为准，开始阶段可以短一些，持续一个星期，习惯了之后，渐渐加长。
但是，要选择简单一些的文章，生活化一些，生单词少一些。
有很多英语教材的文章属于此类。
推荐《考官推荐雅思原文阅读95篇》，《剑桥雅思考试题型透析》，《7周轻松突破雅思系列》第二40天的时间规划：1. 常规任务：背单词、听听力和阅读长文章。
2. 雅思专项训练：一天训练一个科目，包括改错、总结在内的时间在3小时左右。
对于听力，听不明白的地方要反复听，争取不看听力稿件就能弄明白。
对于阅读，着重训练信息定位技巧，同时注意判断题当中NO（FALSE）与NOT GIVEN的区别。
对于口语和写作，一向是中国学生的难点，推荐慎小嶷老师的十天系列作文和口语，两本可以同时看。
平时有意识地积累词汇和句型，丰富自己的语言。
口语部分最好找同学一起练，每天练2个Topic，互相提问和纠正。
3. 一周二次套题训练：做《雅思考试官方指南》以及剑桥上的真题，练习时一定要用完整的时间来做，严格按照考试时间，早上9:00开始，2个半小时结束。
注意控制每一部分完成的时间。
这种自测的作用是能体会到考试时时间的紧迫感，了解自己在时间把握上的薄弱点。
做完练习后的主动分析也是必不可少的，分析出错的原因以及容易出错的题型，想办法克服。
最后10天的冲刺阶段：1. 停止1小时听力练习、背单词和朗读训练。
2. 专项训练和套题训练相互配合，隔天进行。
例如，周一阅读专项，周二套题；以此类推。
需要说明的是，这一阶段的专项训练以最薄弱项为主，甚至可以全部安排为最薄弱项。
套题训练可以做第二轮的剑4-剑6，不要背答案，看看上次错的地方这次还会不会错，针对自己的薄弱环节找需要的专项练习书来看，推荐北语黑眼睛系列。
在最后一天，停止所有训练，放松心情，调整心态。
可以不想任何关于考试的事情。
