As everyone knows,English is very important today.It has been used everywhere in the world.It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. If we can speak English well,we will have more chance to succeed.Because more and more people have taken notice of it,the number of the people who go to learn English has increased at a high speed. But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese... The Silent LoveDistinguished leaders, teachers and my dear classmates: Good morning everbody My name is Victor,I belong to senior middle 2 class 0701. I am delighted to be able to stand here to give you an account of my grandmother-- an ordinary and simple type of person, yet there are no women that is able to be like her. My family is a complex TV play. I had never seen my parents since I was before 4 years old, it was my grandmother who continuously cared for me in every possible way, I love her more than loving myself. However,one day, my brother suddenly told me an astonishing fact that this grandmother is actually my fourth grandmother, my very own grandmother had passed away long ago.I could not accept that the grandmother who had cared for me as if I were her own grand child, unexpectedly turns out to be fake? I started to hate her and loathe her. When I deliberately made mistakes, although she clearly knew it was my faults, yet she said nothing about it, from beginnig to end, she looked at me with the smile that had been consistently present for ten odd years, I felt that she was suffering from serious mental disorder. When my father called her mother, there were a trace of tears in her eyes,then when she revealed a kind of gratified smile,that I felt she was quite hypocritical. Ah grandma!
