主任、副主任位代表： 非常感谢大家对我任，选举我做市人民政市长，我深知这个选举结果的分量，因为它包含着36万人民的重托。
能当选资市市长，我感到无上光荣。
我热爱资，就像热爱自己的家园一样。
资这块热土，有厚重的历史、光荣的传统、丰富的资源 、秀美的山川，更让我感动的是资人民的勇敢、勤奋、质朴和包容。
这些年来，资人民在市委、市政府的领导下，团结奋斗，不断进取，勤奋工作，不懈追求，取得了经济建设和各项社会事业的巨大成就，我为之自豪。
今天，我有幸当选资市市长，我要说的第一句话就是：感谢组织的关怀，领导的关心，全市人民特别是在座各位代表的信任以及同志们多年来的支持与帮助、厚爱与抬举。
没有这，我将一事无成。
在感到光荣的同时，我更感到一种压力。
对我来说，今天是一个新的起点，我觉得自己现在就像一个考生，面临的考题就是资市经济社会发展这篇大文章，或者说，就像一个参加接力赛的运动员，前任们已经把他们创造的辉煌交到了我的手中，如何把这篇文章做得更好，把这一棒跑得更快，这是对我的一种检阅、一种审视、一种挑战。
我将在今后的工作中，恪尽职守，踏踏实实，勤奋工作，毕全部精力以求不辱使命。
我想，只有这样，才能回报全市人民对我的信任，才能无愧于各位代表今天对我的选择。
未来的五年，将是我市全面贯彻党的十六大精神，努力实践“三个代表”重要思想的五年，是全面落实市第九次党代会及本次会议提出的战略部署的五年，是继续推进“三化”进程，大力实施结构调整、开放带动、经营城镇、科教兴市和可持续发展战略的五年，是努力实现全市经济社会跨越式发展，全面推进小康社会建设的关键性五年。
在这五年里，有三大历史任务需要我们去完成。
我想，和全市人民及在座的各位一道，共同奋斗，努力把资市的事情、把属于本届政府的事情办好，就是我的职责、义务和使命之所在。
我深知自己能力有限，水平不高，尽管如此,我还是愿意倾我所有，尽我所能，为资市的发展贡献自己的全部力量。
我相信，天道酬勤，勤能补拙，相信有付出就会有收获。
我想，只要我努力践行“正位、笃学、勤勉、重道、守纪”的为人从政准则，勤政务实，廉洁为民，勇于进取，敢于突破，工作就一定会有成效。
我更坚信，有市委的正确领导，有各位人大代表的支持、监督和帮助，经过全市人民的共同努力，我们的奋斗目标就可以实现，也一定能够实现。
我渴望在我交卷或者交棒的那一天，得到的掌声比现在更多，更热烈。

There are a lot of things that have been neglected. We need to enhance our public order and improve the efficiency of our city police forces, the outdated old city hospital is now well over due for an innovation. We need to invest more in our city's education, school improvements must be put before everything and we must expand the service of the city libraries, more book are needed for those who seek for self-learning through readings. City parks are also required more attention and deinitely have to be cleaned for the families of our citizens to enjoy their liesure ourdoor acitivties, more flowers and plants should be introduced, a small local wildlife preservation area may be needed to be added on just in the outskirt of city for all our city's nature lovers. And in order to make our city tidy and healthy, more regular and improved refuse collections should be made a priority over all other service improvements. I may not be able to fulfill all the above mentioned reforms in time of my office but I will do my very best to achieve as much as I can. I will promise you all that I will not stop working for the good of you all, for the good of our city and for the good of our future, for the good of our younger generations! 当务之急是什么呢

我得用自己的头脑和眼光，组织起一个能协助我开展工作的班子。
这样，我自然想起了往年的选举：每人一张候选人名单，在自己中意的人名下大上钩。
全校几千人，你了解多少
名单上的候选人往往并不被大家所了解，这样的选举几乎等于瞎子摸象。
； 这不行，我得深入到老师和同学中间，调查研究，你了解多少
物色我心目中的理想人选。
这当然需要时间。
老校长慷慨地说：“给你半个月，怎么样

” ； 我把这个想法在全校大会上一宣布，就开了锅。

但它却不是留声机或传声筒，应该是充满生机和活力的机构，以卓有成成效的工作把广大学生紧紧团结在自己的周围，为培养德、智、体、美全面发展的社会主义新人，培养智力形、开拓形的人才而努力。

21世纪校园里的思想政治工作，同过去有着许多不同的特点。
榜样的力量仍然是需要的，但现代心理的分析，语言艺术的运用，生活节奏的掌握，时代色彩的描绘，则更是不可缺少的。
要教育新一代青少年，首先要了解他们，理解他们，向他们学习，做他们的知心朋友。
这一切不能采取训诫的方式、灌输的方式，而只能是启发式的、诱导式的。
他应该是水，能渗入每一条缝隙；他应该是火，能融化一切冰雪；它应该像神经末诮一样，伸向心灵的每一个角落…… ； 学习委员的人选令我思索再三。
我们学校是市重点中学，出类拔萃的学生不凡其人。
我把他们像选良种一样，在我脑袋里的思考网上刷了又刷，选了又选，还是那不定主意。
面对当今这个科学技术不断更新的时代，我们应该怎样引导学生学习
应该造成一种怎样的学习风气
回想一些重点中学，有的一味追求升学率，忽视学生多方面的发展。
学生为了适应这样的环境，埋头书案，拼命攻读，乞灵与死记硬背，考试答题以与书本上一字不差为满足，以致许多同学健康状况下降，有些生气勃勃的年轻人竟成了“小老头”。
经过反复思考，我的眼光终于落在我的同班同学小林身上。
他虽没考过第一，但学习方法灵活，知识面广，善于思考，理解力强。
课堂上，天气最活跃，有时候问得老师下不了台。
课后练习，他最轻松，还经常阅读课外书籍、报刊。
考试，他总是按照自己的理解答题，的拘泥课本。
他还是个修理无限电的能手，连我们班主任的收音机也是他给修理好的……他不正是个理想的学习委员吗
由他担任这项工作，一定会在同学中输入生动活泼的学习风气。
； 正当我正继续冥思苦想的时候，一个同学找上门来。
她是初三的“百灵鸟”，毛逐自荐，要当文体委员。
平心而论，在这方面她有专长。
能拉能唱，能跑能跳，性格开朗，待人热诚，具有一定的号召力和感染力。

学校定不许穿高跟鞋，她有时却偷偷地穿着“半高跟”来上课，引得班主任一个劲儿盯着她脚。
她的衣服也最是新，而且经常变换颜色和款式，在最敏感的男女同学的交往中，她竟然毫无掩饰，无拘无束，惹得某些人背后瞎嘀咕……但是，她临离去是说的一句话，却像一记重锤敲击着我的心：“21世纪，难道我们能培养一代唯唯若若、循规蹈矩的‘老夫子’，造成一批不敢逾越习惯势力雷池一步的书呆子吗
” ； 我终于下定决心：让她试试。
