解决同学实际困难。

集体和个人的利益难免会有冲突：2003年年末，陈燕听同学每天教室、寝室、排练厅来回跑，忙得不可开交，那是她在为校艺术节做准备。
设备——自己借，节目——自己排，在同学们的协助下,班级获得了此次艺术节的二等奖。
2004年4月,操场上,每天都能见到她汗流浃背的身影, 那是她带领同学为校运动会做准备。
工夫不负有心人, 在同学们的努力下,班级获得了此次运动会的一等奖。
有人说她傻，然而，她觉得为了集体的利益，为了大家的利益，她应该这么做。

于是，我们可以浅显简单地说，如果你感到受冷落、遭抛弃、被友谊背叛了，或许应尝试先向别人伸出热情的手，学着去感谢一些东西。
