我于去年初接任工程处主任，一年来先后完成了***省道**至**段路面翻修工程、**高速公路十合同段路面基层及底基层施工、**街及**路罩面工程、**路大羊段中修项目、***二级湖堤路面硬化等工程，完成投资4264.7万元，所建工程合格率100％。
连续两年被评为全市公路系统创建文明行业先进个人；所在单位连续两年获得全市公路系统创建文明行业公路工程优质杯。
一、抓班子、带队伍，促进整体工作上水平 我深知，一个支部是一面旗帜，一名党员是一盏灯，只要党支部一班人带好头，职工队伍就会跟上来，我们的工作就没有干不好的。
为此，我从抓班子建设入手，努力建设一支素质高、业务强、会管理的领导班子。
抓学习，建设学习型队伍；抓作风，整治班子成员作风；抓制度，加强互相监督；抓教育，提高全员综合素质。
在党支部一班人中，做到大事讲原则，小事讲风格，集群体智慧，充分调动大家的积极性，以自身的模范带头作用，影响和带动工程处干部职工。
充分利用施工间隙，组织全处职工学习政治理论、法律法规、和业务知识，以适应公路事业发展的要求。
及时掌握一线岗位职工群众的思想动态，解决他们工作和生活中遇到的问题，消除他们的后顾之忧。
有几位老同志，子女就业问题成了难题，我积极联系合理安排他们的子女来工程处进行工作。
面对工程处资金紧张的状况，我带头降低个人三分之一的工资薪水，缩小了与职工间工资报酬的差距。
二、抓管理、创效益，保证各项工作有章可循 思路决定出路，创新决定发展。
去年初，我根据工程施工实际，制订了一套包括行政、财务、机械、工程施工、安全、廉政等分项管理的管理制度，完善了工程处内部竞争机制和劳动报酬的分配方式，人员实行优化组合，真正做到能者上、平者让、庸者下，人尽其才，物尽其用。
积极探索合同管理新路子。
在项目管理上，我采取与项目经理签订施工合同的方式，明确质量、进度、效益、安全和廉政建设等具体目标和要求。
在质量目标上，做到定人、定岗、定责，提高全员的质量意识。
成立了内部自检小组，先自检，后交验，减少返工，提高一次合格率。
一旦发现质量问题，严肃追究项目经理、总工程师及有关责任人的经济责任。
在进度目标上，确保在规定期限内完成。
否则，给予项目经理相应的处罚。
在安全目标上，坚持“安全第一，预防为主”、“谁主管、谁负责”的原则。
在廉政建设上，与生产单位签订廉政建设合同，并定期进行财务审计，有效地杜绝了跑、冒、滴、漏现象的发生。
三、多修路、修好路，推动全县经济社会科学发展 修路架桥是我的本职工作，做好每项施工任务，保质保量提前完成是取得效益的前提。
俗话说：“喊破嗓子，不如干出样子”。
在去年331省道彭集至州城路面大修施工中，我身先士卒，精心组织，科学管理，与施工人员同吃、同住、同劳动。
为创造良好的施工环境，我带领项目部人员，积极走访当地乡、村群众，腿跑肿了，口磨干了，为了就是能够及时解决影响施工的各种问题，有效保障项目的正常施工。
在沥青砼面层施工中，我与施工人员一起奋斗在施工第一线，头顶火热太阳的炙烤，脚受高温沥青料的灼烫，在超过140度的高温路面上作业，每天工作长达十几个小时。
在离工程竣工还有半个月的一个晚上，由于过度劳累，我突然晕倒在工地，同志们见状立即将我送进附近的医院治疗。
为了早日完工，我坚持白天工作，晚上输液治疗，一直持续了十多天，在大家的齐心协作下，提前一个月顺利完成施工任务。

”如何看待自己的工作，如何干好工作，书中有很多 对自己的工作的阐述和吸取的经验，读完这本书，我觉得自己在思想上又受到了一次深刻的教育，感悟主要有以下三点： 感悟一：不管从事什么样的工作都要明白一点,那就是我们是在为自己工作。
在去年鲁总的讲话中也提到这一点，让我体会更深。
只有工作才能满足我们的各种需要,物质需要和精神需要都只能通过努力工作才能实现的；有工作的机会,才能让自己充分发挥能力,有展示自已的机会。
我们所做的一切工作,都是为我们自已实现目标而做的。
所以说要珍惜工作机会,不要这山望着那山高,到最后只能像书上所说的:“今天工作不努力,明天努力找工作” 。
珍惜目前的工作机会就意味着端正心态，干好目前的工作，就是对自己的一生负责。
感悟二：认真工作才能让你不断的去思考、去学习、去总结经验,这是比物质更丰富的财富。
人生本来就是一个积累过程,知识和经验积累得越多,才能战胜工作和生活中更多的困难,才不会在困难面前低头,才会有越挫越勇的气势,才能离实现目标更近。
因为在工作中我们会发现很多机会,通过努力实践,才能更好的把握机会,实现理想。
感悟三：要有积极进取的敬业精神。
如果对工作没有热情,那就失去了前进的动力和信心,不仅不进步,还很有可能倒退,最后被社会所淘汰。
实际上“积极进取”这四个字就概括出了具备敬业精神人士的主要特征，在目前这个竞争日趋激烈的社会里，要保持自己优势必须不停止地学习新知识，提高自己的各项能力，在中国石化工作5年时间里，自己也一直在坚持着学习，深知自己是一名培训讲师，不断充电才能使自身能力不断提高，在中国石化这个平台中更好的展现自我，实现自身价值。
其次是要改掉自己的坏习惯，坏习惯能缚住自己的脚步，多利用空闲时间来做一些有益于自身发展、提高能力的事情是必要的。
由此可以看出，改掉坏习惯应该从这种自身浪费时间的坏习惯做起，珍惜边角时间，合理利用。
每当有新的工作任务安排下来，不要寻找任何借口，立刻动手去做，提升执行力，发挥主动性，努力去完成工作任务。
总而言之，读完这本书，让我收益颇多，在不管在工作，还是生活方面都有启发。
在今后的工作中，认真的总结、审视自己，努力的工作和学习，不断提高自己的综合素质和能力，脚踏实地干好本职工作，在石化实现人生价值。
