Keep connected. Older women who remain socially active live longer and healthier lives than their solitary counterparts 9. Avoid stress. Find techniques to reduce stress and its effects. 10. Use supplements selectively. Experts agree the best way to get nutrients is through food. Only calcium and vitamin D, essential in preserving bone density, are recommended supplements. And that includes 1,200 mg of calcium and 1,000 mg of vitamin.

大家好! 今天我演讲的题目是《从我做起,拒绝垃圾食品》。
新春佳节刚刚过去,压岁钱噼里啪啦地落进了同学们的口袋里,一定装得鼓鼓的吧。
用来买什么呢?相信很多同学会选择买吃的。
俗话说,爱“吃”之心人皆有之。
可是,让我们感到恐怖的是,现在大家爱吃的“食品”前面常常有个定语“垃圾”!连起来就是——垃圾食品! 你一定会说,“我才不吃垃圾呢?” 别急,下面请大家跟我一起回想这个场景:每当学校放学时,我们总会发现校外的小店里、小摊上中挤满了人。
各式各样的糖果、油炸食品和琳琅满目的膨化食品都是同学们的抢手货。
如果你说在放学那一幕里没有你的身影,想想你有没有缠着爸爸去麦当劳、肯德基,有没有要求妈妈买各种饮料而拒绝白开水,有没有咔嚓咔嚓、香喷喷地啃方便面呢?!请看世界卫生组织公布的垃圾食品大家庭的十位主要成员:油炸类食品,腌制类食品,肉类加工食品,饼干类食品,汽水可乐食品,方便类食品,罐头类食品,冷冻甜食类食品,烧烤类食品。
怎么样,相信在座的各位同学都中招了吧。
遗憾的是,以上食品都是同学们的最爱。
大家只知道这些食品美味可口,却不知道许多食品含有致癌物,有些会破坏维生素,汽水和可乐含有磷酸和碳酸,会带走人体内大量的钙……所以垃圾食品象毒品一样正侵害着我们的身体健康,它使很多小朋友欲罢不能。
更不用提那些包围在学校周围的“三无”垃圾食品了。
下面请事实说话——据报道:这些没有生产许可证、没有生产厂家,没有生产日期的“三无”食品,生产场所更是环境差、条件简陋:地上乱七八糟的摆放着一堆堆的半成品,一桶桶的地沟油,一罐罐花花绿绿的色素,一袋袋来历不明的添加剂,散发出刺鼻难闻的味道,引得一群苍蝇到处乱飞。
更让人恶心的是,为了让小食品更有劲道,工人就直接用脚在辣条上踩来踩去;许多做辣条的工人,由于长时间手与这些化学颜料接触,手都掉皮、腐烂了。
同学们,垃圾食品会给我们带来多么巨大的伤害啊!你们还敢吃吗?尤其是小学生,正处于生长发育的黄金阶段,需要丰富的营养,比如新鲜的蔬菜、水果、牛奶等。
为了我们自己的健康,为了更好地学习、快乐地成长,为了不让老师和家长为我们担心,我再一次呼吁——让我们一起行动起来,杜绝垃圾食品,倡导健康的饮食方式! 谢谢大家!
