师德师风读书笔记_范文我是一名教师，从事教育工作已经10多年了。
自从走上岗位后，深感责任重大，不仅要教好书还要在各方面以身作则，率先垂范。
在开展师德师风的学习活动中，我更深深的感到，一个具有良好师德师风的教师会对受教育者产生多么大的春雨润无声式的影响，甚至可以使他们终身都感到受益匪浅。
长期以来，我所形成的座右铭是：作为一名人类灵魂的工程师，必须要自觉坚持用“为人师表”和“教书育人”这两条作为自己的行为规范。
自从选择了这个职业，在政治思想方面，能坚持学习，努力提高自身的思想政治素质，学习《教育法》、《教师法》，按照《中小学教师职业道德规范》严格要求自己，奉公守法，遵守社会公德。
“为教育事业奋斗终身的献身精神，”把忠诚于人民的教育事业，看成最高美德，时时激励我，要像蜡烛一样，燃烧自己，照亮别人；工作上勤勤恳恳、兢兢业业，服从领导，不打折扣，认真、完成学校领导交给的各项工作任务，并用“学为人师、行为示范”的要求来约束自己，做家长认可，学生喜欢，学校放心的“三满意”教师。
在平时我经常进行自我反省，时时处处对自己严格要求，查找不足，努力营造一个好老师的形象。
到底怎样做才能塑造一个好老师的形象，让学生喜欢上你呢
我认为教师专业水平的高低是学生喜欢的标志之一。
王崧舟老师说过：一个优秀的教师，必须有四大支柱，有丰厚的文化底蕴支撑起教师的人性，高超的教育智慧支撑起教师的灵性，宏阔的课程视野支撑起教师的活性，远大的职业境界支撑起教师的诗性。
是啊，一个没有丰厚的文化底蕴的教师，根本不可能给学生的生命铺上一层温暖的、纯净的底色。
博学多才对一位教师来说是十分重要的。
因为我们是直接面对学生的教育者，学生什么问题都会提出来，而且往往“打破沙锅问到底”。
没有广博的知识，就不能很好地了解学生之“惑”，传为人之“道”。
但知识绝不是处于静止的状态，它在不断地丰富和发展，每时每刻都在日新月异地发生着量和质的变化，特别是被称作“知识爆炸时代”、“数字时代”、“互联网时代”的今天。
因此，我们这些为师者让自己的知识处于不断更新的状态，跟上时代发展趋势，不断更新教育观念，改革教学内容和方法，显得更为重要。
否则，不去更新，不去充实，你那点知识就是一桶死水。
要做一个学生喜爱的老师，不论在生活上，还是在学习上，都要给予必要的关心和帮助。
学生闹矛盾，我给予合理的处理；学生犯了错误，我耐心地进行教育，使学生真正认识到错误并及时改正。
我还抽时间和学生谈心、交流，和学生共同活动，缩短了师生距离，增进了师生间的相互了解等等。
热爱学生，还表现在老师对学生的尊重和信任，以及对学生的严格要求。
平时我很我注意尊重学生的人格，了解学生的个性，相信学生，关心学生。
对学生既严格要求，又注意他们的个体差异，区别对待。
对程度、水平不同的学生，采取不同的教育方法。
特别是差生，给予更多的关心，不让一个学生掉队，尽最大的努力使他们健康成长。
我们小学老师，跟学生的接触尤其多，老师的言行直接影响他们。
所以我们教师既要把丰富的科学文化知识传授给学生，又要用自己的高尚人格影响学生、感化学生，使学生的身心健康地成长发展。
热爱学生的老师最受欢迎，学生渴望的不仅仅是从老师那里获得知识，更重要的是得到老师的关爱。
据有关调查表明,喜欢渊博知识型老师的学生占31%；而喜欢具有师爱型的学生达到53%，他们希望自己的老师温和、可亲，具有爱心。
由此可见，在学生们的心中，一个富于爱心的老师远比一个知识渊博的老师更具老师的魅力。
学生表示：对有爱心的老师他们会自觉尊重教师的劳动，十分愿意接近老师，希望与教师合作，把教师看成是父母亲般的亲人。
他们愿意向老师袒露内心世界，分享自己的喜怒哀乐。
教育需要师爱。
没有师爱的教育是不存在的。
在德、智、体、美、劳等各项教育中，师爱是基础，是先决条件。
因此，在教育过程中，无私地奉献这种师爱，既是教育成功的关键，又是衡量一位教师素质的重要内容。
如果说没有爱就没有教育的话，那么离开了理解和尊重同样也谈不上教育。
因为每一位学生都渴望得到他人的理解和尊重，尤其是教师的理解和尊重。
李叔同先生的为师之道。
他就是把学生当做人来看的，当做平等的人，堪与尊敬的人。
而不是把学生当做下级，当做可以随意训斥的无知小儿。
时下某些老师可能做不到这一点。
他们往往自以为尊贵无比，维护师道尊严，不顾学生的颜面。
其实这种做法是有失分寸的。
俗语道：“人怕敬，鬼怕送。
”“你敬我一尺，我敬你一丈。
”所以，老师对学生不要体罚，不要训斥，不要高高在上，而应该像李叔同先生那样，做一个和气的人，一个严谨的人，一个值得尊敬的人，一个堪为师范的人。
学生也有自尊心，而且是很强烈的。
老师对学生的批评，恰当的，就是一种激励；不恰当的，就会成为一种伤害，甚至还会导致逆反心理产生。
绝大部分学生不喜欢老师批评时挖苦、损伤学生，伤害学生的自尊心。
因此在日常生活的教育工作中，教师应把握批评的“度”，变“忠言逆耳”为“忠言悦耳”。
正如德国教育家第斯多惠所说的，教育的艺术不在于传授知识，而在于激励、唤鼓舞。
教师还要转变教育观念，树立以学生为主体的服务意识，创造出尊重、信任、宽容、友爱的新型的师生关系。
通过学习，我深知作为人类灵魂的工程师，必须具有高尚的道德品质，对学生要有慈母般的爱心，做学生喜欢的老师，并不断更新、充实自己的知识，做一个学生喜爱的老师仍

I don’t know what that dream is that you have, I don’t care how disappointing it might have been as you’ve been working toward that dream, but that dream that you’re holding in your mind, that it’s possible!Some of you already know, that it’s hard, it’s not easy, it’s hard changing your life. That in the process of working on your dreams you are going to incur a lot of disappointment, a lot of failure, a lot of pain. There are moments that you are going to doubt yourself. You said, God why is this happening to me? I’m just trying to take care of my family, trying to give them a good life, I’m not trying to steal or rob from anybody. Why does this have to happen to me. For those of you that have experienced some hardships – don’t give up on your dream.The rough times are gonna come, but they have not come to stay, they have come to pass. Greatness, is not this wonderful, esoteric, illusive, God like feature that only the special among can achieve. It’s something that truly exists, in all of us. It’s very important for you to believe that you are the one!Most people they raise a family, they earn a living and then they die. They stop growing, they stop working on themselves, they stop stretching, the stop pushing themselves. Then a lot of people like to complain but they don’t wanna do anything about their situation. And most people don’t work on their dreams – why?1. Is because of fear, fear of failure “what if things don’t work out“?2. Is fair of success “what if they do and I can’t handle it?”These are not risk takersYou have spent so much time with other people, you have spent so much time trying to get people to like you, you know other people more than you know yourself. You’ve studied them, you know about them, you want to hang out with them, you want to be just like them. You’ve invested so much time on them, you don’t know who you are. I challenge you to spend time by yourself.It’s necessary, that you get the losers out of your life, if you want to live your dream. But people who are running towards their dreams, life has a special kind of meaning. When you become the ‘right-person’, what you do is you start separating yourself from other people you begin to have a certain uniqueness, as long as you follow other people, as long as you are being a ‘copy-cat’, you will never ever be the best copy-cat in the world but you will be the best you can be!I challenge you to define your value.Everybody won’t see it, everybody won’t join you, everybody won’t have the vision…it’s necessary to know that you are an uncommon breed. It’s necessary that you align yourself with people and attract people into your business, who are hungry, people who are unstoppable and unreasonable, people who are refusing to live life just as it is and who want more!The people that are living their dreams are parting with winners, to attach themselves to the and the people who are living their dreams are the people that know that if it’s going to happen it’s up to them!If you want to be more successful, if you want to have and do stuff you never done before then I’m asking you to invest in you!Someones opinion of you does not have to become your reality.You don’t have to go through life being a victim.
