而梦想的实现，有待于坚持和努力，需要挥洒汗水甚至泪水。
或许，我们的梦想，是一个简单的信念，是一份对自己未来与生命的责任。
也许，是青春期的迷茫与冲动;也许只是一份平淡的渴望，渴望掌声，渴望成功。
但是，有了梦，就有了追求，有了奋斗的目标;有了梦想，就有了动力。
它是一架高高的桥梁，不管最终是否能到达彼岸，拥有梦想，并去追求它，这已经是一种成历史。
在座的朋友们，回眸以往，还记得每一个梦想带来的悸动，在生命中留下了怎样的足迹么?多数人并非没有梦想，而是缺少面对梦想的勇气!我们每天拼搏着努力着，为的就是实现我们的梦想。
有些实现了，有些到现在还没有实现。
当我们走上自己的梦想之路时，我们发现自己的梦想之路又是那么的艰难，那么的遥远。
在广袤的市场上我们能感受到施展才华的宽广舞台，然而，异乡的举目无亲，让我们茫然而不知所措;初来乍到的无知，让我们深深的感受着这个社会舞台的多姿与无奈;开发客户资源的艰辛，也让我们真正感受到了什么才是生活。
遇到困难首先一定要勇敢面对，要敢于藐视困难，然后要找到解决困难的办法。
真正的成长，其实就是那么的一瞬间。

美国20世纪最伟大演讲Martin Luther King-I Have A DreamI am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the Emancipation Proclamation. This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of Negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.But one hundred years later, the Negro still is not free. One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the Negro is still languished in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land. And so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.In a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the unalienable Rights of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked insufficient funds. But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. And so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of Now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksand’s of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God's children.It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. This sweltering summer of the Negro's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. And those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. And there will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.But there is something that I must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: In the process of gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred. We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. And they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom. We cannot walk alone. And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead. We cannot turn back. There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, When will you be satisfied? We can never be satisfied as long as the Negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. We can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. We cannot be satisfied as long as a Negro in Mississippi cannot vote and a Negro in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote. No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream.I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow jail cells. And some of you have come from areas where your quest -- quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive. Go back to Mississippi, go back to Alabama, go back to South Carolina, go back to Georgia, go back to Louisiana, go back to the slums and ghettos of our northern cities, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed. Let us not wallow in the valley of despair, I say to you today, my friends.And so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. 我们共和国的缔造者在拟写宪法和独立宣言的辉煌篇章时，就签署了一张每一个美国人都能继承的期票。
这张期票向所有人承诺——不论白人还是黑人——都享有不可让渡的生存权、自由权和追求幸福权。
然而，今天美国显然对她的有色公民拖欠着这张期票。
美国没有承兑这笔神圣的债务，而是开始给黑人一张空头支票——一张盖着“资金不足”的印戳被退回的支票。
但是，我们决不相信正义的银行会破产。
我们决不相信这个国家巨大的机会宝库会资金不足。
因此，我们来兑现这张支票。
这张支票将给我们以宝贵的自由和正义的保障。
我们来到这块圣地还为了提醒美国：现在正是万分紧急的时刻。
现在不是从容不迫悠然行事或服用渐进主义镇静剂的时候。
现在是实现民主诺言的时候。
现在是走出幽暗荒凉的种族隔离深谷，踏上种族平等的阳关大道的时候。
现在是使我们国家走出种族不平等的流沙，踏上充满手足之情的磐石的时候。
现在是使上帝所有孩子真正享有公正的时候。
忽视这一时刻的紧迫性，对于国家将会是致命的。
自由平等的朗朗秋日不到来，黑人顺情合理哀怨的酷暑就不会过去。
1963年不是一个结束，而是一个开端。
如果国家依然我行我素，那些希望黑人只需出出气就会心满意足的人将大失所望。
在黑人得到公民权之前，美国既不会安宁，也不会平静。
反抗的旋风将继续震撼我们国家的基石，直至光辉灿烂的正义之日来临。
但是，对于站在通向正义之宫艰险门槛上的人们，有一些话我必须要说。
在我们争取合法地位的过程中，切不要错误行事导致犯罪。
我们切不要吞饮仇恨辛酸的苦酒，来解除对于自由的饥渴。
我们应该永远得体地、纪律严明地进行斗争。
我们不能容许我们富有创造性的抗议沦为暴力行动。
我们应该不断升华到用灵魂力量对付肉体力量的崇高境界。
席卷黑人社会的新的奇迹般的战斗精神，不应导致我们对所有白人的不信任——因为许多白人兄弟已经认识到：他们的命运同我们的命运紧密相连，他们的自由同我们的自由休戚相关。
他们今天来到这里参加集会就是明证。
我们不能单独行动。
当我们行动时，我们必须保证勇往直前。
我们不能后退。
有人问热心民权运动的人：“你们什么时候会感到满意
”只要黑人依然是不堪形容的警察暴行恐怖的牺牲品，我们就决不会满意。
只要我们在旅途劳顿后，却被公路旁汽车游客旅社和城市旅馆拒之门外，我们就决不会满意。
只要黑人的基本活动范围只限于从狭小的黑人居住区到较大的黑人居住区，我们就决不会满意。
只要我们的孩子被“仅供白人”的牌子剥夺个性，损毁尊严，我们就决不会满意。
只要密西西比州的黑人不能参加选举，纽约州的黑人认为他们与选举毫不相干，我们就决不会满意。
不，不，我们不会满意，直至公正似水奔流，正义如泉喷涌。
我并非没有注意到你们有些人历尽艰难困苦来到这里。
你们有些人刚刚走出狭小的牢房。
有些人来自因追求自由而遭受迫害风暴袭击和警察暴虐狂飙摧残的地区。
你们饱经风霜，历尽苦难。
继续努力吧，要相信：无辜受苦终得拯救。
回到密西西比去吧；回到亚拉巴马去吧；回到南卡罗来纳去吧；回到佐治亚去吧；回到路易斯安那去吧；回到我们北方城市中的贫民窟和黑人居住区去吧。
要知道，这种情况能够而且将会改变。
我们切不要在绝望的深渊里沉沦。
朋友们，今天我要对你们说，尽管眼下困难重重，但我依然怀有一个梦。
这个梦深深植根于美国梦之中。
我梦想有一天，这个国家将会奋起，实现其立国信条的真谛：“我们认为这些真理不言而喻：人人生而平等。
” 我梦想有一天，在佐治亚州的红色山岗上，昔日奴隶的儿子能够同昔日奴隶主的儿子同席而坐，亲如手足。
我梦想有一天，甚至连密西西比州——一个非正义和压迫的热浪逼人的荒漠之州，也会改造成为自由和公正的青青绿洲。
我梦想有一天，我的四个小女儿将生活在一个不是以皮肤的颜色，而是以品格的优劣作为评判标准的国家里。

我梦想有一天，亚拉巴马州会有所改变——尽管该州州长现在仍滔滔不绝地说什么要对联邦法令提出异议和拒绝执行——在那里，黑人儿童能够和白人儿童兄弟姐妹般地携手并行。

这是我将带回南方去的信念。
有了这个信念，我们就能从绝望之山开采出希望之石。
有了这个信念，我们就能把这个国家的嘈杂刺耳的争吵声，变为充满手足之情的悦耳交响曲。
有了这个信念，我们就能一同工作，一同祈祷，一同斗争，一同入狱，一同维护自由，因为我们知道，我们终有一天会获得自由。
到了这一天，上帝的所有孩子都能以新的含义高唱这首歌： 我的祖国，可爱的自由之邦，我为您歌唱。
这是我祖先终老的地方，这是早期移民自豪的地方，让自由之声，响彻每一座山岗。
如果美国要成为伟大的国家，这一点必须实现。

爱企爱岗位演讲稿 一个多月前，我还是象牙塔中无拘无束而又略带书生意气的青年。
如今我已光荣的成为一名流淌着信心和主流文化思想血液的中铁十八局人，以信为本，以责为重的誓言我铭记于心。
无论天南地北，我将毫无怨言地在工程岗位上抒写辉煌。
我坚信，在不久的将来，在中铁十八局轨道工程公司，我将会为企业贡献出自己的一份力量。
踏进广西南宁这个有点熟悉的城市，走近迎接新员工的公司领导，心里充满了对未来的憧憬和自信。
岗前通过公司领导的介绍和自己对集团公司网上学习，使我更加了解中铁十八局的内涵，也为自己成为一名集团公司的新一代青年员工而感到骄傲和自豪，同时也意识到自己肩膀上的责任。
中铁十八局企业发展战略是：“开拓市场，打造品牌，提升素质，追求和谐”。
短短的一句话道出了我们集团公司的远大理想和做事的态度。
我坚信我们集团公司会用品牌在世界的舞台上舞出自己的一席之地。
在轨道工程公司报道后，我被分配到了的梧州西江三桥项目部，随后便背上行囊踏上了行程。
坐上去梧州的大巴车，心里有点忐忑和兴奋。
从学生到职工，十几年的身份突然发生了转变，心里有着多出不安，但更多的是对未来的憧憬，十几年的学习终于到自己为社会做点事来实现自己人生价值的时候了。
来到项目后我发现这是一个纪律严明、管理有序、学习氛围及其浓厚的项目部。
让我有一种自豪感、归属感，感受到了一家庭的温馨。

我为党旗添光彩演讲稿
各位领导，同志们，大上好
今天我演讲的题目是为党旗添光彩 几天，就是我们敬爱的党90周年华诞。
此时此刻，我怀着无比激动的心情站在这里，我要大声歌颂我们伟大、光荣、正确的中国共产党。
86年前，中国共产党还是一个呱呱坠地的婴儿。
他是那样的弱小，却又是那样的强大。
他胸怀着东方巨龙腾飞的希望，肩负着中华民族复兴的使命，他能够清楚地审时度势，调整正确的航向，因而能够从小到大，从弱到强，成为一个拥有几千万党员的执政党，领导着14亿各族人民克服重重困难，不断谱写新的历史篇章，让中华民族骄傲地屹立于世界民族之林。
86年来，我们的党曾经在黑暗中探索，在逆境中抗争，在艰难中跋涉，在坎坷中前进。
但是，共产党人为了解放全人类，实现共产主义的伟大理想的坚定信念，却象磐石般丝毫没有动摇。
他从嘉兴湖上的点点星光走来，走过秋收起义的熊熊烈火，走过井冈山上的修修翠竹，走过五岭逶迤的皑皑白雪，直到西柏坡窑洞里透出了照亮寰宇的万丈光芒
我们欣喜地看到，在共产主义旗帜下，强大的中国如一条腾飞的巨龙，正信心满怀地带领各族儿女奋发向上，迎接新世纪的挑战。
我们是党的儿女，生在新中国，长在红旗下，是党，给了我阳光雨露；是党，给了我知识和力量；是党，让我从一个顽皮的孩童，成为一个受过高等教育的天之骄子；也是党，让我从一个只有书本知识的学子，成为一个光荣的监狱人民警察，成为一个国家的有用之材。
所以，我下定决心，一定不能辜负党对我的培养教育，不能辜负党对我的殷切期望，我要发奋努力学习和工作，来报答党对我的培育之恩。
我出生在一个干部家庭，父母都是老党员，他们是我的第一任老师，可以说我从小就听着党的话长大，他们教育我要好好学习，长大了为祖国的繁荣富强多作贡献。
我没有让他们失望，在1988年，我顺利地从云南农业大学毕业，被分配到小龙潭监狱四监区工作，这一晃眼19年就过去了。
这19年里，党组织在思想上教育我、在工作上关怀我，同志们也给了我无微不至的关心帮助，象春天般的温暖，时刻滋润着我的心田。
这19年里，我曾经有过成绩，也有过失误，是党组织一次次地给了我勇气，给了我力量，给我指明方向，我才有了今天的一点成绩。
所以，在党的生日即将到来之际，我要衷心地感谢党，感谢各位领导和同志们对我的培养帮助和教育
我是一名新党员，在各位老领导、老党员面前，我不敢自吹自擂，但今天演讲的题目是“我为党旗添光彩”，那就请当做我给各位领导作一个汇报吧。
2000年11月，我被监狱党委任命为四监区生产科长，四监区生产科是个综合科室，业务工作十分烦琐，有时仅仅是面上的工作就可以让我顾此失彼、焦头烂额，恨不得每天有30个小时。
但是，我没有埋怨，更没有被困难所吓倒，因为我有着坚定的政治信念。
我在工作中勤奋钻研，富于创新，能够统筹兼顾，全面安排，无论哪一个处室安排的工作，我都能驾轻就熟，还可以抽时间下工地，了解生产一线的情况，为基层工作服务。
同时，我当好领导的助手和参谋，提出许多合理化建议。
这些建议的实施，生产经营上使监区的支柱产业得到明显的加强，经济效益连年实现考核减亏。
安全工作上也喜获丰收，彻底扭转了以往事故不断的不利局面，实现连续五年完成上级下达的安全生产指标。
成绩的取得是需要付出的，首先需要的是坦荡的胸怀，和宽容的态度，要能够团结和带领身边的每一名同志为一个目标而努力，就要善待身边的同事。
我关心他们的困难，倾听他们的心声，为他们做力所能及的事，屡次把荣誉让给同事，特别是和自己持不同意见的同事。
成绩的取得更来自于对党的监狱事业的忠诚。
2001年以来的6年半中，我在生产科加班加点不计其数，却没有为自己开具1天的补休，在过去的2006年里，我没有请过1天的病、事假、补休假。
在2005年，我的老父亲去世了，在他老人家弥留之际，多次嘱咐我以工作为重，不要去管他，以至于回家的路只有短短两小时车程，而我却没有在他离开人世的时候，在他的病榻前尽最后的孝心。
在父亲面前，我不是一个孝子；但在党的面前，我是一个赤子。
是党教育我，凡事要舍小家，顾大家，这才是一个共产党员应具备的风范，我以我的实际行动践行着一个共产党员的誓言，我以我的实际行动在为党旗增添光彩
在璨如星河的共产党人中，我所做的这些不算什么，与在坐的领导和同志们相比，我所做的这些也不算什么，我只是一名普普通通的党员，我只是做了我该做的一些事，我离一名优秀党员的标准还有很大的差距。
人民群众才是真正的英雄，在座的领导和同志们更有许多值得我学习的地方，我要虚心向同志们学习，向各条战线上涌现出来的英雄模范学习。
在各级党组织的正确领导下，发扬成绩，克服缺点，再接再厉，认真学习理论和“三个代表”重要思想，更新观念，充实自我，用科学发展观指导工作实际，用更优异的成绩向党汇报。
