尊敬的各位领导、同事大家好，我演讲的题目是平凡岗位筑梦想。
五十年前,当马丁·路德金倒下的时候，他的那句话“我有一个梦想”传遍了全世界。
但是一定要知道不仅仅有一个英文版的“我有一个梦想”，在遥远的东方，在一个几千年延续下来的中国也有一个梦想。
它不是恢弘的口号，它根植于每个人平凡的中国人.每个人为实现梦想而努力奋斗，汇聚起实现中国梦的磅礴力量。
“现在，大家都在讨论中国梦，我以为，实现中华民族伟大复兴，就是中华民族近代以来最伟大的梦想!”这句梦想宣言出自总书记xx同志之口。
这是xx总书记的中国梦，也是每个中国人的“中国梦”! 梦想有多远，我们就能走多远!从四位一体到五位一体，从生态文明到美丽中国，从收入倍增到建成小康，党的十八大就是对新时期“中国梦”的最好诠释。
小鸟虽小，它的梦想却是整个天空。
作为民政人，与群众的接触最多、与群众的关系最密切，这其中的感受自然也最为真切。
以前还是学生的我以为 “梦想”、“伟大”之类的词,总是伴随着壮烈的举动和英雄般的行为，是雷锋、董存瑞、焦裕禄式的英模，是捧在心灵的圣坛上供人瞻仰的，是普通人难以企及的精神高地。
然而通过这几年的工作让我看到，其实梦想并非离我们很远，他就在我们身边,在那些平凡的岗位上，在普普通通、点点滴滴的小事里，在那些勇于担当、爱岗敬业的干部职工身上。
就拿海淀区福利企业的残疾职工王景年来说吧，年青时他在一次工作中伤到了手，不幸烙下了残疾。
然而面对生活的苦难，年轻的他并没有气馁，从木工、瓦工、管道工到水暖工、油漆工、甚至叉车司机。

在一个个艰辛的岗位上，纵使没有完整的双手，却锻造了更加坚强的心灵。
王景年用执着、坚韧践行着自强不息、拼搏发展的梦想。
在王景年同事的眼中，他给人最大的印象是憨厚、质朴而不善言辞。
在参加工作的近三十年中，他没有浮夸的言语，默默无闻，无论给他安排什么样的工作，他总是微微憨笑，毫无怨言的接下来，然后尽职尽责的把每一项工作做好。
用“君子敏于行而讷于言”来形容他刚刚好。
然而就是这样看似木讷的人，心中却有团不灭的梦想火焰。
“一个人可以没有文凭，但决不可以没有知识”，这是王景年十分欣赏的一句话。
好学要强的他，从不肯轻易认输,虽然文化水平不高，却热衷于钻研业务;虽然手有残疾，却是公司出名的技术能手。
工作中越是难啃的骨头，他越是迎难而上，维修、画图、疏通、焊接样样难不倒他。
他一方面积极向老同志虚心请教，另一方面利用休息时间对拆换下来的零件进行研究，将自己的满腔热情投入到了忘我的工作之中。
艰苦的努力，务实的工作，使他成为了单位的业务骨干，得到了领导和同事们的交口称赞。
随着单位维修量的增加，工作难度也在加大，设备老化常常给工作带来一定的麻烦，即影响生产进度又是事故隐患。
王景年不是仅仅盯着自己的工作，而是暗下决心，对公司原有的机器和设备进行技术改造创新。
就这样，即使下班了，同事们却常常看到一个维修工人留在车间，看书、画图纸、拆卸机器零件反复钻研。
一些同事有点不能理解说，“你一个维修工做好维修工作就是了，怎么像个技术员一样”。
王景年没有多说，只是微微憨笑，仍旧研究着手里拆卸的零件。
终于有一天，王景年向公司提出了多个合理化建议，都得到采纳和实施，公司的生产线实现了改造创新，仅仅两年就为公司节省金额数万元。
由于他出色的工作成绩，他本人也获得了公司的奖励，，成为了公司先进工作者。
近三十年过去了，如今的王景年在工作上担任公司总部维修组组长，是名副其实的技术骨干;生活中他也是一个好丈夫、好父亲，女儿读了大学，有着幸福美满的家庭。
曾经生活的不幸，王景年没有迷茫，他用生命做长度，用不知疲倦的肩膀，担负着简单的满足，稳稳地幸福。
放眼海淀区这片热土，也一定有着更多王景年这样的人物，他们默默无闻地在各自平凡的工作岗位上履行着职责，在平凡中演绎着伟大的奇迹。
“莫道昆明池水浅”，作为一名青年党员，一名民政工作者，谈梦想不能眼高手低，好高骛远。
在平凡的岗位上，只要心系百姓，更好的服务社会，维护好群众的利益，一样可以实现自己的梦想。
最后，我想说，梦想源自平凡，行于创新，实现在责任担当。
让我们携手起航，踏上圆梦之旅，用奋斗托起梦想，用实干成就梦想。

小说以陕北黄土高原双水村孙、田、金三家的命运为中心，反映了从“文革”后期到改革初期广阔的社会面貌。

第一部写1975年初农民子弟孙少平到原西县高中 读书，他贫困自尊，学习和劳动都好，与地主家庭出身的郝红梅互相爱怜，后来郝红梅却与家境优越的顾养民恋爱，少平又高考落榜，回乡生产。
但他并没有消沉， 与县革委副主任田福军女儿回晓霞建立了友情，在晓霞帮助下关注着外部世界。
少平的哥哥少安一直在家劳动，与村支书田福堂女儿，县城教师润叶是青梅竹马，却 遭到田福堂反对。
经过痛苦的煎熬，少安到山西找到了勤劳善良的秀莲，润叶也只得含泪与向前结婚。
这时农村生活混乱，旱灾又火上加油，田福堂为加强自己威 信，组织偷挖河坝与上游抢水，不料出了人命，为了“学大寨”，他好大喜功炸山修田叫人搬家又弄得天怒人怨。
生活的航道已到了非改变不可的地步。
第二部写 1979年春十一届三中全会后百废待兴又矛盾重重，田福堂连夜召开支部会抵制责任制，孙少安却领导生产队率先实行接着也就在全村推广了责任制。
少安又进城 拉砖，用赚的钱建窑烧砖，成了公社的“冒尖户”。
少平青春的梦想和追求也激励着他到外面去“闯荡世界”，他从漂泊的揽工汉成为正式的建筑工人，最后又获得 了当煤矿工人的好机遇，他的女友晓霞从师专毕业后到省报当了记者，他们相约两年后再相会。
润叶远离她不爱的丈夫到团地委工作，引起钟情痴心的丈夫酒后开车致残，润叶受到内疚回到丈夫身边，开始幸福生活。
她的弟弟润生也已长大成人，他在异乡与命运坎坷的郝红梅邂逅，终于两人结为夫妻。
往昔主宰全村命运的强人田福堂，不仅对新时期的变革抵触，同时也为女儿、儿子的婚事窝火，加上病魔缠身，弄得焦头烂额。
第三部写1982年秋少平到了煤矿，尽心尽力干活，成了一 名优秀工人，一天下工时晓霞在井口灿然地迎接了他。
少安的砖窑也有了很大发展，他决定贷款扩建机器制砖，不料因技师根本不懂技术，砖窑蒙受很大损失，后来 在朋友和县长的帮助下再度奋起。
润叶也生活幸福，生了个胖儿子，润生和郝红梅的婚事也终于得到了父母的承认，并添了可爱的女儿。
但是祸不单行，少安的妻子秀莲，在欢庆由他家出资两万元扩建的小学会上口吐鲜血，确诊肺癌。
晓霞在抗洪采访中为抢救灾民光荣献身。
少平在一次事故中为救护徒弟也受了重伤。
但他们并没有被不幸压垮，少平从医院出来，又充满信心地回到了矿山。

But it is not only in China that we find the incorporation of the two cultures. Take the United States as an example: During the 1980s, in face of the overwhelming competition from Japan, many American companies such as the Ford began to adopt a teamwork management from their rivals, the essence of which, lay at the very core of Eastern culture. Take the Chinese acupuncture as another example: This traditional treatment of diseases is finally finding its way to the West and hence the underlying notion that illness is resulted from the imbalance between yin and yang within the body--an idea which would strike any Westerner as incredible in the past! Ladies and Gentlemen, we live in a great epoch when the global integration of economy and the information revolution have brought cultures of the world closer than ever before. We live in a particular era when countries, East and West, find themselves in need of readjusting their traditional values. We live, at the same time, at a critical juncture of our evolution because such problems as ethnic conflicts and regional unrest are increasingly posing a threat to the peace and happiness of the whole human race.To cope with such an era and to embrace an even brighter future, we need to learn to live more harmoniously in a world community which is becoming smaller and smaller.
