我这次教育实习的实习地是熙春路逸夫学校。
本次实习的内容主要包括“语文科目教学和班主任工作”。
说实话，这四个星期过得紧张而忙碌，但却充实而快乐。
尽管每天早出晚归，时刻为教学和带班而费尽心思，却品尝到了初为人师的快乐。
不管是队友们的课还是指导老师的课，都让我留下了深刻的印象，并收获了很多。

我的指导老师是二年级四班的班主任，她的经验丰富让我学会了很多书本上学不到的东西。
实习第一天，二年级四班的45个聪明、天真的孩子，从此闯入了我的生活。
我知道，他们是我的教育对象。
他们充满了活力和生机，一张张稚气的小脸让自己打从心底里喜欢他们。
站在讲台上，我大声的进行早已背诵好的自我介绍，学生们都很热情地鼓掌并叫“李老师好”，此刻我既惊喜，但也难掩心底的紧张。
心里寻思着，他们这么欢迎我，我一定不能让他们失望。
接下来的两周，因为学校快要段考了，一般都是复习课，第三周有赛课和公开课。
在这三个星期里，我全面熟悉小学二年级的语文教材，认真听指导老师的课，并做好听课记录，课后与之交流，虚心请教，发现在做听课笔记方面，我们存在很多不规范。
在深入了解课堂教学的要求和教学过程后，我了解到，制定一堂课的教学计划或设计教学思路前，必先了解授课班级的学习情况，而这些就可以从批改作业以及和学生交流中所获得，贯穿这些过程中最重要的就是细心，细心观察、细心收集#from本文来自高考资源网、细心总结。
我还经常去别的班听一些赛课和公开课，因为能参加赛课和上公开课的都是些前辈中的高手，这样的机会绝对不会放过!因为这个阶段，我主要是借鉴他人的优秀经验为自己所用。

认真备课(包括钻研教材，搜集资料)。
教案、课件总是改了又改，直到自己认为满意，才会交给指导老师检查，听了她的评价后再做修改。
几次反复下来，我们最初的激-情和自信都快被磨平了。
而因为条件反射，往往到了要交教案的时候心情总变得忐忑不已……记得第一次上课，我讲的课文是《丑小鸭》的第一课时，主要是教学生“我会认”和“我会写”中的生字词，内容比较枯燥;于是我，模仿指导老师教生字的环节——齐读、指名领读、开火车给生字组词、提问“你是怎样记住这些生字的”等等。
在课堂中，我会故意叫分心的学生回答问题，若回答不出则小惩大诫。
对于第一次上课的我来说，之前的紧张都是虚惊一场。
慢慢适应状态后，就比较放松了。
但是上课声音小，粉笔字问题，与学生互动等等都是我难以回避的问题。
于是我在课后努力改正，以确保在下一次的教学中不出现同样的错误，在这样的努力下，我的教态、语速、板书、提问技巧、与学生互动等各方面都有了显著的提高。
在班主任工作实习中，指导老师的经验传授尤为重要。
最初，我觉得我的指导老师都不太愿意搭理我，但是我用自己的真诚打动了她，因为我也知道自己对工作的生疏会给她添麻烦，所以我能做的就只有主动地、真诚地请教她。
二年级的小朋友，活泼、可爱、热情、好问。
在第一天我就活脱脱地被问成了“十万个为什么”。
有了第一天的手忙脚乱，我已经基本掌握要领。
首先，把班上学生的名字全记住了，因为他们每个人都有自己的特点。
男生调皮的较多，所以在管理上比较困难。
初来乍到，总会有些学生表现出不屑的态度。
通过与学生交朋友，不断地走近他们，了解他们主，课余和他们一起玩，慢慢地我和学生之间开始有了不同以往的互动，而互动中也渐渐有了默契。
在这里，我要告诉学弟学妹们的是我作为实习班主任主要做的工作是：①早上7:45—8:00，监督他们早读。
②管理两操(眼保健操、课间操)。
