Dear teachers and classmates: 亲爱的老师、同学们：I am very glad to make a speech here! This time, I'd like to talk something about English. My topic is “I Love English”。

As everyone knows,English is very important today.It has been used everywhere in the world.It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. If we can speak English well,we will have more chance to succeed.Because more and more people have taken notice of it,the number of the people who go to learn English has increased at a high speed. But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese... I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London,because it is the birth place of English. I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people,I hope that they can love our country like us. I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well. If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. 我希望有朝一日我可以畅游世界，用我流利的英语，我可以和世界各地的人交友。
我能看到许多的名胜。
我希望我能够到伦敦去，因为那里是英语的故乡。

人人心中皆有一台天线，只要你从天上人间接受美好、希望、欢乐、勇气和力量的信号，你就青春永驻，风华常存。
一旦天线下降，锐气便被冰雪覆盖，玩世不恭、自暴自弃油然而生，即使年方二十，实已垂垂老矣；然则只要树起天线，捕捉乐观信号，你就有望在八十高龄告别尘寰时仍觉年轻。

关于文明的演讲稿
文明在我心中 社会,正在进步，时代,正在变化，人们的生活水平也正在提高。
我们作为现代社会的公民，就必须讲礼仪，有着高素质才能跨进新世纪的门槛，成为一个合格的新时代公民。
古人云：“自修齐，至治平”。
是的，要干大事，就必须先学好文明礼仪。
也说过“没有伟大的品格，就没有伟大的人”。
而我们，作为新时代的中学生，正在接受着知识教育，更应该知书达理、举止文明、谈吐得体，提高、振兴民族精神，建设，这样才能学好知识，成为一个有和综合素质的合格中学生，一个对社会有用的人。
就像普列汉若夫所说的“道德的基础并不是对个人的幸福的追求，煞是整体的幸福，即对部落、民族、阶级、人类的幸福的追求。
” 一个有高素质、有道德，讲文明、懂礼仪的人，必定会引来旁人的赞许和祝福。
即使你再怎么不出众，但是你那处处为人民着想，毫无怨恨、纯真的神情，足以让人记住你的名字、记住你这个人。
在一个穷困潦倒的乞丐面前，你只要拿出十分之一或者是百分之一、千分之一的钱给他，他就会在心中默默的为你祝福。
在一个已经失去勇气活下去的人面前，你或许只要给他一个对生活充满快乐的微笑，说一句激励他的话，那么就会令他充满对生的希望。
在这一瞬间，你的面容也将深深地印在了他的心中。
在生活中，很多不经意发生的小事，却足以反映一个人的道德品质，礼仪文化，哪怕是一件很小很小的事，一个很小很小的动作。
记得在我去楠溪江旅游的时候，听见有个外国游客很惊异的问中国导游：“我们那儿都说中国是个文明古国，中国人都很文明，怎么到了这里，他们都不讲文明，不礼貌呢
” 对于那位外国游客的质问，我们应该坦承的承认，我们当中的少数人正在做着种种不文明的行为：众目睽睽之下摘花折草，急闯红灯；公共场地随地吐痰，出口成“脏”。
在我们的校园里，有的同学把果壳纸屑随手就扔在地上，有的同学为了方便就随意踩踏草地……那么你们有没有想过，在你们做不文明的举动时，你给别人的第一印象是怎样的呢
文明礼仪，不是一朝一夕能做好的。
身为一个中学生，我们已经不在是一个孩子了，懂得的事情、道理也不断多了，甚至已超过了一些成人。
当然，我们就更应该懂法律、爱祖国、尊师长、礼待人。
所以，生活处处有文明、有礼仪。
我们不仅要在一方面做到文明礼仪，更要在多方面做到文明礼仪。
在校园，在家中，在各种公共场所，都不要忘记文明。
文明不是靠一个人遵守的，它靠的是我们大家，一个集体，只要人人都遵守文明礼仪，讲道德，那么世界才会变得更加和谐美好。
而一个不讲文明礼仪的人，也将跟不上潮流，被社会所淘汰。
在学校，我们应该做到尊敬师长，认真听讲，和同学之间和睦相处。
回到家应该孝敬父母，要懂得感恩。
在一些公共场所应该讲秩序、举止文明、轻声细语。
我们还要爱护花草树木，热爱大自然，热爱一切生命。
能以“谦”、“俭”、“劳”三字为立身之本，而补余之不足。
生命短促，只有美德能将它流传到遥远的后世。
让我们行动起来吧
把文明礼仪深深地刻在心中，争做一个合格的中学生，成为一个新世纪的公民。
利用自己，创建一个美好的社会
