以前我经常浪费水，洗一次澡就要洗一个小时，一个小时里水一直不停的流着，当我洗完澡的时候才慢吞吞的把它关掉，丝毫没有想节约的样子，夏天的时候，天气很热，我总会把空调开到最冷，好让自己凉快凉快，一开就从中午开到晚上，除非真的冷到不能再冷才会把它关掉，这会排出多少惊人的二氧化碳量啊
我每天都会有非常非常多的垃圾，每天垃圾桶都塞得满满的，可是我也没有想到，这也会排出二氧化碳来。
我只想说地球是我们的家，家在哪里我们就在那里，可是我们却没有保护好我们的家园，我们想的只是自己，怎样让自己过得好一点，认为有些东西有，就可以无止境的用地球上的资源，地球为我们奉献那么多，我们应该为地球母亲奉献一些东西，只要我们每一个人少用一度电，少用一吨水，少扔一些垃圾……那么我们会减少多少的二氧化碳。
我只想说我们虽然不能保护地球的环境，但是只要我们可以少排放一些二氧化碳。

保护环境关系你我他 对于保护环境，需要做的事情实在太多了。
许多事情当然必须由国家和政府来做，比如控制二氧化碳的排放量、禁止使用氟利昂等等。
但是，有些事情却与我们每一个人有关。
我们如何做到从我做起，保护环境呢?下面几条是我们每个人应该做到的： 首先，必须遵守有关禁止乱扔各种废弃物的规定，把废弃物扔到指定的地点或者容器内，特别是不要乱扔废电池，因为一节废电池中所含的重金属，如果流到清洁的水中，它造成的污染是非常厉害的。
在学习中，要尽量节省文具用品，杜绝浪费，比如，铅笔是用木材制造的，浪费了铅笔就等于毁灭了森林。
应该尽量避免使用一次性饮料杯、泡沫饭盒、塑料袋和一次性筷子，用陶瓷杯、纸饭盒、布袋和普通竹筷子来替代，这样就可以大大减少垃圾的产生。
虽然泡泡糖是小朋友们十分喜爱的糖果，是一种有益于人体健康的食品，但是，千万不要乱扔咀嚼后的胶基，因为它会到处乱黏。
在吃的时候，可以先将它的包装纸收好，用来包裹吐出来的胶基，然后，再将它扔到废物箱内。
不要随意捕杀野生动物，尤其不要吃人类的益友——青蛙，因为1只青蛙1年内大约能吃掉1．5万只昆虫，其中主要是害虫。
要爱护花草树木，不破坏城市绿化，并且积极参加绿化植树活动。
离开房间时，关上电灯并且拔掉电视机、音响、计算机等的电器插头即使在最寒冷的地方，也没有必要使室温超过18℃，如果你觉得冷，可以多穿一点衣服。
尽可能用节能灯代替普通灯泡，尽管它的价格相对贵一些，但它的耗电量只及普通灯泡的一小部分。
用密闭容器代替塑料包装物来储藏食物。
购买饮料尽可能选择可回收再利用的罐装饮料。
请携带自己的购物袋去购物，以避免使用不可回收利用、不可分解的塑料袋。
节约用水，在刷牙时，请关闭水龙头。
园丁应施用有机肥料，如混合肥和粪肥，避免使用杀虫剂和除草剂，因为它们会渗入泥土，危害水源。
开车时减速行驶，这样耗油量小，还可降低二氧化碳的排放量。
尽量以步代车或骑自行车。
