其次，一个人无论从事任何职业，都应该心中常存责任感，敬重自己的工作。
俗话说：把每一天简单的事做好就不简单，把每一天平凡的事做好就不平凡，不要把当天该完成的工作拖到明天完成，这个月该完成的拖到下个月完成，如此拖延下去，工作能有成效吗
肯定的回答是不可能，这样拖延下去不但工作没成效，还会使人丧失进取心，一名优秀的员工做事从不拖延。
第三，要挑战“不可能完成”的工作。
勇于向“不可能完成”的工作挑战，是事业成功的基础，西方有句名言：“一个人的思想决定一个人的命运”。
你首先要对自己有信心，即使挑战之后没有让“不可能完成”变成“被完成”，也千万不要沮丧失望，没有一种挑战会有马上成功的必然结果。
但只要我们努力过，所得到的，都是胆怯观望者们永远也不可能得到的，而这些都是你走向成功的资本。
所以前面我说，平凡不可怕，每一个成功的人也都有一个平凡的前身。
关键是，平凡中你获得多少，学到多少，这才是你走向成功的基石。
