老师的爱伴我成长演讲稿
初二时，我们的英语老师被调去教毕业班。
来了一位刚毕业的大学生。
他比我们大不了几岁，戴一副高度近视镜，高高瘦瘦的，活脱脱一个大男生，如果不是站在讲台上，谁也不会想出他会是一个教书育人的师。
可能是刚刚当上老师，他的脸上总有一股孩子气，讲课前略显得腼腆，只有进入了“境界”才显示出他博学的风采。
也许是年龄相仿的原因，他和我们相处的很好，课间还常和男生一起玩球，混到学生堆里，没人会看出他是老师。

当时我的英语一塌糊涂，最害怕课堂上被老师叫起来回答问题，可他的眼睛偏偏盯上了我，我的心里七上八下的，急忙低下头，以表示自己不会。
越怕越躲不过，他点到了我的名字，我只好站起来表示不会。

因为以前的英语基础就差，每次做题都有大量的单词看不懂。
不理解意思，根本无法做题。
这真是越急越出错，我几乎是丧失了信心。
这些都逃不过英语老师的眼睛，他及时地找我分折原因，并指点路子。
由于他知道我的根底，便时时下功夫帮助我，在课堂上他用心良苦的一举一动，作文本上的批语，考试过后的谈心，这一切的一切，使我逐步地对英语有了兴趣，消除了内心深处对英语的抵触情绪。
可是第二次月考，我的英语起色并不大，成绩还是没有进到头十名，我几乎沮丧到了极点，甚至有放弃学业的念头。
下午自习课时，我被英语老师叫了去。
坐在校园的一角，他给我讲起了他的家庭，谈到了他的理想，还说到他的几门功课中英语是最差的，他说他当时也和我一样有放弃的打算，但是为了不让父母失望，在英语老师的帮助下，才一步一步的走出阴影，最后终于考上了大学，成为一名教师。
最后他说我现在才初二，在校的时间尚长，只要肯努力，就会赶上去，况且现在已经小有成色。
听后我即感动又惭愧，他好像看出我的心思，鼓励我道：“只要有信心，英语一定能学好，成功的路是一步一步走出来的。
”这次谈话后，我好像一下子明白了许多道理，似乎从英语老师的成长中看到了自己的希望，我不再盲目地学习，而是制定了计划。
课上课下我和老师同步，又利用闲暇时补习以前拉下的。
我开始扎扎实实、认认真真地学习，英语成绩渐渐地有了进步，上英语课时我总是主动回答问。
错误是再所难免的，但我不再回避，而是勇敢面对。
我终究没有辜负英语老师的希望，初中毕业时以优秀的成绩考入县里重点高中。
我知道要不是英语老师当初对我的耐心帮助，我放弃的不仅仅是英语一门课，可能是我的前途。
他也许早就忘记了当年的黄毛丫头，可能他永远也不会知道他在我的成长中所起到的作用，但是我却不会忘记他，一个大男孩老师。
我的英语老师姓戴，在我毕业后的第二年就调去南方的一个城市，听说是去和女朋友结婚，现在想必已绿叶成荫子满枝了。
