尊敬的各位老师、同学们： 你们好! 今天我十分荣幸地站在这里参加本届学生会成员的竞选。
我竞选的是学生会纪检部干事，虽然我很清楚，我的竞争对手都是各班的精英，实力不可小觑，但我相信自己的能力。
或许会有人会暗自发笑：这人怎么这么自负!可是我想说，这不是自负，这是自信!一个人如果连自己都不相信，那么他就没有资格做任何事，即使做了，也很难成功。
我之所以能够站在这里，大部分是由于我的自信。
当然，能力也很重要，因为一个人的信心和能力永远是成正比的。
自从担任×××后，我觉得我各方面能力都有了很大的提高，赢得了同学们的好评。
不过成绩代表过去，未来的路还很漫长，在今后我将更加努力，使自己的能力进一步提升。
在管理班级的过程中，难免会遇到各种各样的困难，面对这些困难时，我也曾产生过放弃的念头，但我一次又一次的说服自己不要放弃，因为放弃，就意味着以前的努力都将白费。
所以，到了今天，我已能坦然面对各种困难，尽自己最大的力量去解决它们。
在参加班级管理的过程中，我明白了许多道理：做任何事都要有强烈的责任感，要认真履行自己的职责，才能无愧于心。
在管理的同时，要严格要求自己，如果连自己都管不好，如何去管别人?当然，管理时一定要有耐心，要顾及同学们的感受，不要去品尝“高处不胜寒”的滋味。
即使有困难，也应勇敢面对，不能因此过分依赖别人。
加入学术会，是一种荣誉，更是一种责任。
我知道这条路上有许多挑战，但我相信我有能力担起这副担子，因为我的热情，我的毅力，我实事求是的工作态度。
如果我有幸当选，我将以良好的精神状态，大胆地管理学生会事务，使校园生活更加多姿多彩，真正做好学生会的工作! 假如我未能当选，说明时间给我考验。

如何写一篇好的演讲稿要写演讲稿，首先要弄明白什么是演讲稿
这种文体与其他的书面表达文体有什么不一样
演讲稿是一种介乎于口语和书面语言之间的文体。
它与一般的书面文章不同的是：（1）感受方法不一样———一般的书面文章是供人阅读的，即通过人的视觉器官对文字符号的识别而引起大脑中相应的概念（或表象）运动；演讲则通过人的听觉器官对语音的识别而产生相应的思维活动。
所以，在撰写演讲稿的时候，应该更多地考虑听众的听觉感受效果，尤其是在遣词造句方面更要注意，不要用那些比较冷僻、比较拗口的词语。
（2）作用效果不一样———一般的书面文章是作用于个体的，即一篇文章即使要传阅也得一个一个读者轮流着看，而不可能同时有几个人甚至一群人一起看一篇文章；演讲则是一篇文章读给大家听。
如果某个读者对书面文章里的观点或表示方法有异议，他可以看了一半就放弃，不会影响他人；演讲则要注重现场效果，如果阐述的观点是错误的、使用的语言是不得体的，那么，就会引起听众的议论，破坏现场效果。
接下来要讲的是如何写好演讲稿。
写好演讲稿必须注意以下几点：（1）针对性要强、审题要准———演讲的内容必须有针对性，一般来说，演讲都会有一个规定的主题，就像学生写作文时的命题作文一样，比如《我与班组》、《美在生活中》、《知识改变命运》等。
当然，有时候主题会比较原则一点，就像半命题作文那样，在比较宽泛的范围内，由演讲者自己选择切入点，比如《纪念红军长征70周年》、《改革开放带来的变化》等。
在撰写演讲稿时一定要紧紧围绕已经确定的主题来写，绝不能游离主题任意发挥。
比如，要求你围绕的主题是《我与班组》，你在写稿的时候却只字不提你所在的班组，而是写企业、写车间、写其他班组，这就太离谱了；或者写的是自己的班组，但都写别人在班组中的情况，只字不提“我”自己在班组中的感受，那也离题了。
所以，撰写演讲稿和学生写作文时一样，首先要审题，弄明白这个主题要反映的是什么，应该从哪个角度入手。
这样写出来的演讲稿才有针对性。
（2）内容要紧凑、要有个性———审题清楚以后就可以动笔写稿了，但一般的演讲比赛都有规定时间，超过规定时间是要扣分的。
那么，要在有限的时间里完整地阐述自己的观点并给听众留下深刻的印象，就必须在内容的选择和表达上下工夫。
尤其在比较宽泛的主题面前，你会觉得可供选择的实例太多，要表述的内容太丰富，这时，你就要学会“取舍”，要善于从众多的实例中挑选那些最能衬托主题的例子，以精练的语言来表达。
如有家单位在“七一”前夕举办了一次演讲比赛，主题是《重温入党誓言》，许多人在演讲中都回顾了自己当初面对党旗、举起右手、庄严宣誓的状况，并决心要继续保持共产党员的先进性，在工作中真正起到先锋模范作用。
这样的内容都没错，但太平了，没有个性。
有一位门卫的演讲却令人耳目一新，他简要回顾了自己当年在部队入党时的情景，然后，话锋一转谈到了自己转业后来到这个事业单位，没有专业技能，也不思上进，只能当门卫，当了门卫还感到委屈，一直闹情绪，觉得“怀才不遇”，重温了入党誓言，就像给自己敲响了警钟，找到了努力方向，决心振作起来，自我加压，加快“充电”步伐，争取再立新功。
这样的演讲有血有肉有个性，赢得了听众的一片掌声。
（3）举例要确切、能打动人心———演讲稿为了表达主题，必须要有确切的例子作论据，光有例子还不够，要善于选择那些最能打动人心的例子，不能以空洞的理论来说教。
首先，所举的例子要与主题相吻合。
其次，所举的例子要有新意，所谓的“人云亦云不云，老生常谈不谈”，如果要引用古代的例子，必须要有独到的见解；如果要引用当今的例子，最好是自己所熟悉的；如果要引用发生在自己身上的例子，则应该是对他人有启迪的。
比如有家单位举办的演讲比赛主题是《读书，我选择的生活方式》，一位盲人选手上台演讲，他讲述了自己独特的读书方式，即通过听广播、读盲文书籍来不断充实自己。
如果他光讲这个过程，那么，听众仅仅是佩服、同情而已，但他从自己的读书经历中提炼出了人生感悟，说明在人生的道路上每个人都会遇到困难，有的困难还看起来是难以逾越的，但只要不被困难所吓倒，那么，再大的困难也是能够克服的。
这番富有哲理的论述，就对广大听众很有启发了，这样的演讲无疑是成功的。
（4）语言要生动、要有感染力———一篇好的演讲稿，往往就是一篇美文，在演讲稿里可以运用多种修辞手法，比较常见的有排比、比喻、比拟、设问、反问等，在撰写演讲稿的时候，要有意设计一些“高潮”，就像相声里面的“抖包袱”一样，起到吸引听众注意力、引起听众共鸣的作用。
有位演讲大师曾经将好的演讲者比作为“技艺高超的琴师”，即要善于用生动的语言去“弹拨人们的心弦，刺激之，兴奋之，鼓励之”。
有些演讲内容其实很动人，但由于撰写者不善于使用准确、生动的语言，便使整个演讲过程艰涩、刻板，“面目可憎”起来。
还要注意的是，演讲稿不是总结、汇报稿，尽量少用长句，尽量少喊口号。
有些人喜欢在演讲稿中夹杂一些文言文或外文，为了更好地阐述自己的观点，也无尚不可，但应该在讲完听众不太熟悉的文言文和外文后，作适当的解释。
如果在文章中能有一到两句“点睛之作”，那定会令听众回味无穷、获益匪浅。
最后，简要讲一下演讲稿的写作结构。
（1）开头一般是“开门见山”，直接说出演讲者的意图，不要兜圈子，因为演讲时间有限，一兜圈子就把时间全兜掉了。
从某种角度来讲，演讲稿也是一篇小论文，所以，上来就亮出自己的观点（论点），比较明了。
但是演讲稿的开头也是最难写的，既要直接，又要能够吸引听众，好的开头能一下子就抓住听众的心。
总之，开头要避免套话、空话、题外话，直奔主题为好。
（2）中间要展开，充分阐述主题，可以从正面、反面两方面来论证观点；也可以像剥笋一样一层层地展开，层层递进，引人入胜。
但展开部分必须紧紧围绕主题，就像是“众星捧月”，既有“自转”也有“公转”，一切都为表达主题服务，“枝枝蔓蔓”要删除，中心要突出。
（3）结尾要有力，形成亮点和高潮，一个有力的结尾能够给听众留下深刻的印象，给人以回味和思考，起到“文止而意留”以及“余音绕梁，不绝于耳”的效果。

记得刚到美国时，常去爸爸工作的玩耍，每次均能看到许多人骑自行车上下班，而其中一位满头白发的骑车老人，引起了我的好奇。
我问爸爸，那个爷爷为什么总骑车上班，是不是没钱买车

嘿，说出来吓死你，他可是世界上顶级的大科学家。
要论钱，他可以买一个车队呢。
那他咋不买车呢

他有车，但平时除非下雨或购物，一般不去开。
在美国有许多人都是环保主义者，为了和减少对大气的污染，他们用实际行动倡导人们尽量少开车。
而我们所居住的这座美国城市，还特别将每年的5月19日定成了'骑车上班日'，以支持和宣传这种有效的环保行为。
后来，我还在经常的搭车出行中获知了他们的另一件环保趣事：在美国的许多州，政府为了鼓励大家多坐公交车或几人合用一辆车，以节省能源和缓解交通压力，在城市内一些主干道路上开辟有专门的'钻石车道'，只有乘坐了二人或二人以上的车辆才从此通过。
美国人民这种自觉的环保意识和政府有效的使我从内心对他们充满了敬佩。
并深刻地影响了我的环保理念。
回国后，常常有人问我：美国好吗
我总会脱口而出：确实好
最好的是环境。
说句真心话，回国三、四年，美国那边同学和老师的面孔已经逐渐模糊，但加州那宜人的自然环境，却每每清晰地浮现在我的眼前，成为我最深的记忆和期盼故地重游的缘由，也成了我心目中北京环境的蓝图。
2008奥运会为我们倡导和实施北京的环保提供了契机，北京能否有朝一日也拥有象加州那样美丽的环境
答案是肯定的。
但需要我们以真正的环保之心和切实的环保行动去一步一步地实现。
从现在开始，如果每一位有车的朋友一星期可以少开一、两次车，每个让家长用车接送的同学一周能主动让家长少接送一两趟而改乘公车或骑自行车，我们就会有拥有更多的蓝天……。
只要我们每一位北京市民都能够自觉的从身边的环保小事做起，加州的蓝天、白云和绿草地就会在北京安家，美国的松鼠、彩蝶和百灵鸟就会来北京落户。
涓涓细流可以汇成滔滔江海，片片绿叶能够造就莽莽森林。
只要我们每一位北京市民都拿起手中的环保之笔，在我们所处的街头巷尾，为北京这幅美丽而古老的画卷添上自己的一抹绿色，就能使北京掩映在绿色的海洋中。
让我们一起行动起来，用我们集体的力量来打赢这场环保之赛，向全世界展现一块最大的金牌，这就是绿色北京、精彩奥运。
大学生生活委员3分钟演讲稿
也许在大多数人看来生活委员一职并不如班长工作那么重要，也不如团支书工作那么明确具体，在班委会中的影响似乎不大。
但我并不这样认为，生活委员在整个班集体中有着不可替代的重要的作用
我们每个人都是大家庭的一员，而生活委员作为班级的管家，更起到了组织整体、关怀细节的作用。
其决策及工作的好坏也影响着整个班集体的发展前途，因此竞选生活委员对自己自身综合素质的要求也很高。
另外，我认为自己也初步具备了作为一名生活委员所应该具备的素质和能力。
在进入大学的这两年来，我一直积极参加各种活动来锻炼和提高自己。
大一担任学生会宣传部副部长一职，大二担任学生会副会长一职。
同时还组织策划过“08年铁路青年志愿者服务”、“走进河南，关爱艾滋孤儿”等大型公益性活动。
我一直以来的努力也赢得了团委老师和广大同学们的认可，曾获得过校级优秀团员干部，院 级社会活动积极份子等荣誉称，另外自己在学习上也力求上进，荣获奖学金证书，并通过了国家英语四级。
且在两年来的工作、学习中，自己的组织能力、与人的交流沟通能力都有了显著的提高,自己还学会了怎样为人处世，怎样解决一些矛盾，怎样协调好同学之间的关系，怎样处理好学习与工作之间的矛盾。
假如下面是我对新学期生活委员一职工作的一个简单计划： 1、协助班主任老师开展各项班级活动，与所有班委会成员协作安排落实各项工作的开展，并对班集体负责。
2、恪尽职责，管理好班级体的财务。
对班集体的财务有明确的规划，支取状况有详细的记录。
3、丰富第二课堂的活动，营造精神家园，丰富同学们校园文化生活。
例如督促配合校举办“院写作大赛”， “大学生英语竞赛” ，“院主持人大赛”等活动，为班级体同学营造健康向上、丰富活泼的校园生活。
4、针对新闻专业的特点，打造我班集体的特色。
组织一些有很强新闻特色的活动，来交流、提高同学们的专业素养及学习兴趣。
如：新闻摄影佳作大赛、新闻稿件展评等活动。
我有幸担任生活委员一职，我将以“服务同学”为宗旨，真正做到为同学们服务 ，代表同学们的权益，为我班集体的建设尽心尽力。
我深知做任何事都要有强烈的责任感，要认真履行自己的职责，才能无愧于心。
