If I were a boy againIf I were a boy again, I would practice perseverance more often, and never give up a thing because it was or inconvenient. If we want light, we must conquer darkness. Perseverance can sometimes equal genius in its results. “There are only two creatures,” syas a proverb, “who can surmount the pyramids—the eagle and the snail.” If I were a boy again, I would school myself into a habit of attention; I would let nothing come between me and the subject in hand. I would remember that a good skater never tries to skate in two directions at once. The habit of attention becomes part of our life, if we begain early enough. I often hear grown up people say “ I could not fix my attention on the sermon or book, although I wished to do so” , and the reason is, the habit was not formed in youth. If I were to live my life over again, I would pay more attention to the cultivation of the memory. I would strengthen that faculty by every possible means, and on every possible occasion. It takes a little hard work at first to remember things accurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little trouble. It only needs early cultivation to become a power.假如我又回到了童年，我做事要更有毅力，决不因为事情艰难或者麻烦而撒手不干，我们要光明，就得征服黑暗。
毅力在效果上有时能同天才相比。
俗话说：“能登上金字塔的生物，只有两种——鹰和蜗牛。

假如我现在能重新开始我的生命，我就要更注意记忆力的培养。
我要采取一切可能的办法，并且在一切可能的场合，增强记忆力。
要正确无误地记住一些东西，在开始阶段的确要作出一番小小的努力；但要不了多久，记忆力本身就会起作用，使记忆成为轻而易举的事，只需及早培养，记忆自会成为一种才能。

帮你找了一篇 对你有点难 凑和着用吧Our Environment - how can you and I help save it? Albert Einstein said “Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.” Our planet is in trouble! Pretty much everywhere you look today you will hear or see something reminding you that our planet’s health is failing. If our planet where a person it would be about time to buy the burial plot and write out the last will and testament. Just a brief list of the things that is ailing her is - pollution, acid rain, climate change, the destruction of rainforests and other wild habitats, the decline and extinction of thousands of species of animals and plants....and so on. I think everyone in here can agree that all of these issues exist and that humans have caused them. Thankfully many of us are concerned about the future of our planet and unless we can find a way of solving the problems then the environment will suffer. I know this all sounds so depressing - but we can’t get overwhelmed. Every one of us can do something to help slow down and reverse some of the damage. We cannot leave the problem-solving entirely to the experts - we all have a responsibility to our environment. We must learn to live in way that will sustain our world like learn to use our natural resources which include air, freshwater, forests, wildlife, farmland and seas without damaging them. As populations expand and lifestyles change, we have to keep the world in a condition so that future generations will have the same natural resources that we have today. Here I am going to list just a few examples of the threats to our environment as well as some ideas to help you to do something about them.

It’s important to learn about how to protect our environment. But do you know how to do it? The school has successfully held a discussion（讨论）. Here are five of the speeches. Zhang Ming: Do you know what one-off chopsticks （一次子）are made of? Yes, the wood. We should reduce waste. We should use things wisely. As everyone knows, a large number of trees are being cut down to make one-off chopsticks. If everyone uses one-off chopsticks, we would not have any trees left. Stop using one-off chopsticks. Wang Dong: We should always think of reusing the used things before throwing them away. At school, when our reference（参考） books are used, we could give them to the younger boys or girls. Give your clothes you don’t wear or the ones which are too small to the poor. In a family, you may pass on such clothes to your younger brothers or sisters. Liu Hang: Don’t throw away your bottles, cans and paper which you have used. They can easily be recycled. By doing so, we can save lots of time and money. For example, drink cans are sent to a factory, where they are smashed 破碎）flat and melted and the metals are made into new drink cans. Li Lei: When you buy a box of apples, there may be a few rotten （腐烂的）ones, you have two choices: one is to throw the whole apples away, the other is to cut off the rotten parts and eat the good parts. Chen Hong: If one of the legs of your table is broken, you can repair it. If you want to change for better ones, it is better for you to sell the old things or give them to other people who can use them after doing some repair. It is true that there are some “throw-away” places. But you see, if everyone tries his best to protect the environment and do as what the students say above, our world will become more and more beautiful.
