你的知己是谁
你最了解谁
当然是“自己”。
但是，总在一些文章中看到“我最不了解的人就是自己”的话，如果不了解自己，又何谈立志呢
所以，了解自己是确立目标的第一步。
我在中专学校学习，学的是信息技术专业。
所学的课程知识很杂，而我最感兴趣的是网页制作，这也是我掌握最好的一门课程。
我特别地爱看书，只要是觉得对自己有益的书都不会错过。
这算是个爱好了。
我的性格比较开朗，乐于同别人交流、沟通，我想这对于我以后的人际交往会有所帮助。
此外，因为中专这几年在担任班内学委，所以在组织方面也比较有成绩。
我的动手能力也还可以。
我的思维方式与别人不尽相同，同样的一个作文题目，我会写出与别人截然不同的内容。
这对于现状的社会和现在的自己来说，也许是个长处，也许是个短处。
对于一般的事情或突发事情我都会以平常心对待，即使这件事对我很不利。
因为“心，切不可自乱”，如果自己找不到了方向，原本握在手中的真理也会随之夭折。
我们选择职业的关键在于正确地审视自己，正确地分析自己，正确地自我评估，这样才能找到适合自己的职业。
这是事业成功的第一步，也是尤为重要的一步。

我希望以后借助自己的专业知识建立起自己的网站，在那里展示自己的才能。
但是，这个目标并不会一下子就实现。
分析现在的自己，不论在理论上还是在技术上，离自己的目标都有一段距离，所以我需要一步一步地实现。
我可以先到一家有关网站制作的公司当个小职员，帮帮制作网站主力人员的忙，从小事做起。
在别人的手下一定会学到很多的知识，收集不少的经验，这些对于我的目标都是一个进步，对于自己也是一种考验。
而现在的我学识是中专，如果一直是这个水平，那么我所制定的目标就会像天边的星星，永远遥远，无法触及。
所以我计划着在工作的同时，还要继续进修，在我现在所掌握知识的基础上学更复杂的知识，那样才会制作出更漂亮的东西。
这些是我对我未来职业生涯的一个计划。
“说来简单，做来难。
”没有不长荆棘的道路，一年中的三百六十五天也不是天天都碧空无云。
道路中的荆棘只有靠自己手中的剑去斩平，而我以后学习的知识越多，积累的经验越丰富，我手中的那把剑就会越锋利，那条路走起来也就会更顺利些。
然而，靠自己去完成一件事情或一项工程是很难的，而且几乎是不可能的，所以，需要周围的人帮助，这就需要搞好人际关系。
有了好的人际关系，周围对自己帮助的人也就越多，办事的效率也就越高。
而反之就比较困难了。
所以在以后的工作中我会努力工作，恪尽职守。
在以后的进修中我也会认真学习，用自己所制定的目标来时刻鞭策自己，给自己注入动力，激励自己不断前进。
理想是纯洁而伟大的，在我们最无助的时候，它就会变成黑暗中那盏闪光的灯，给予我们温暖，给予我们走下去的勇气。
我们心中的理想世界虽然离现在还有一段距离，但是，我们有理由相信，在自己努力过、付出过之后，它会变为现实。
分析了自己，制订了计划，确定了目标，憧憬了未来，拥有了梦想，我们的生活不再空洞、乏味。
我们有了努力的方向，有了付出之后等待收获硕大果实的那种心情。
那么，回到现实，开始行动吧
去一步一步地实现那个纯洁而伟大的梦想。
现在的我中专即将毕业，接下来的事情就是面临就业，而我们就业不能只单方面的考虑自己的兴趣爱好，也要另一方面考虑到社会的需要，因为只有社会所需要的职业才有发展的可能性，这也是定立目标的根据，同时也是实现目标的保证。
我渴望自己事业的成功，我渴望自己生活得更美好，我希望在自己的职业生涯中实现收益最大化。
所以，在就业时我会慎重地选择，但也会考虑到自己的切身利益，只有对自己有益，自己才会有动力奔向目标。
现在的我已经开始了自己的行动，开始关注社会所需要的职业与我所定立的目标是否冲突，只有这样，才不会使自己的目标落空。
我将目标的实现期限定在了十五年之内。
因为只有迫于时间的紧迫，自己的工作效率才会提高。
好的，我的职业生涯马上就要亮绿灯了，开始行动，规划自己职业生涯的发展阶段，实现自己的职业目标。
第一步 我准备毕业后在一家与职业目标相关的公司工作。
第二步 经过四年的努力，上一个新台阶，比刚进公司时进步。
实践中所学的知识和经验有所增加，这时我的学识应该是大专了。
第三步 再继续下来的六年里，我的学识应该是大本了。
随着自己的进步，我开始寻找更适合我，更能发挥我的才能的工作。
在工作中不断学习，让更多的知识充实自己，使自己更加完善。
第四步 再接下来的四年里，我有能力处理许多技术难题了，而且我的能力使我在公司的业务方面可以独挡一面了。
于是这时我就要开始考虑创建自己的网站了，我要给网站起个好名字，我要申请网站的建立，我要利用我多年的经验创建一个高水平、高质量的网站，让更多的人都来浏览我的网站。
这便是我的十五年期限的职业生涯规划，我会时刻鞭策自己依照自己的安排前进的。
为了让这个规划看起来更直观，我制作了一份职业生涯规划台阶图。
我们虽然已经树立了自己的人生目标，规划了职业生涯的发展阶段，但我们也要认识到“计划不如变化快”。
在我们的人生道路上，会发生很多意想不到的事情，这些事情可能对自己有益，可能对自己不利，使我们原本规划好的事情发生改变。
在这种情况下，我们就要重新分析当时的社会发展趋势，重新审视自己的目标，同时还要再分析当时的自身条件，据此，再对自己所定的目标重新评估，如果自己的目标已经落伍，就要重新修正一下，让自己的目标跟上时代的步伐，当然所修正的也是枝叶并非主干。
随着时代的发展及时调整自己的职业生涯规划是对我们大有益处的，这样做会让我们的目标适应社会的发展，也会让我们自身不断进步。
在今天，人们的工作方式不断推陈出新，那么我们就要不断评估自己的资本，以随时调整自己前进的步伐。
目标的只是为自己的前进指示一个方向，而自己才是目标的创造者，我们可以在不同时间不同环境下更改它，让它更符合自己的当时条件，这样我们才会立于不败之地。
但要想修改自己目标，也要有修改它的自身资本，所以我们要在向着目标前进的同时不断地学习知识，积累经验，完善自己，只在这样我们的理想才会与自己越走越近，反之，也许只会越走越远。
树立目标的重要性我们要时刻牢记。

特蕾莎修女，（Mother Teresa of Calcutta），1910年8月27日—1997年9月5日，又称作德兰修女、特里莎修女、泰瑞莎修女），是世界著名的天主教慈善工作者，主要替印度加尔各答的穷人服务。
因其一生致力于解除贫困，而于1979年得到诺贝尔和平奖。
并被教皇约翰·保罗二世在2003年10月列入了天主教宣福名单Beatification，特蕾莎修女的名称也变为真福特雷莎修女（Blessed Teresa）Mother Teresa (August 26, 1910 – September 5, 1997), born Agnesë Gonxhe Bojaxhiu (IPA: [\\\/agnɛs gɔnˈʤa bɔˈjadʒju\\\/]), was an Albanian Roman Catholic nun with Indian citizenship who founded the Missionaries of Charity in Kolkata (Calcutta), India in 1950. For over 45 years she ministered to the poor, sick, orphaned, and dying, while guiding the Missionaries of Charity's expansion, first throughout India and then in other countries.By the 1970s she was internationally famed as a humanitarian and advocate for the poor and helpless, due in part to a documentary, and book, Something Beautiful for God by Malcolm Muggeridge. She won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1979 and India's highest civilian honour, the Bharat Ratna, in 1980 for her humanitarian work. Mother Teresa's Missionaries of Charity continued to expand, and at the time of her death it was operating 610 missions in 123 countries, including hospices and homes for people with HIV\\\/AIDS, leprosy and tuberculosis, soup kitchens, children's and family counseling programs, orphanages, and schools.She has been praised by many individuals, governments and organizations; however, she has also faced a diverse range of criticism. These include objections by various individuals, including Christopher Hitchens, Michael Parenti, Aroup Chatterjee, Vishva Hindu Parishad, against the proselytizing focus of her work; this included baptisms of the dying, a strong anti-abortion stance, and a belief in the spiritual goodness of poverty. Several medical journals also criticised the standard of medical care in her hospices and concerns were raised about the opaque nature in which donated money was spent.Following her death she was beatified by Pope John Paul II and given the title Blessed Teresa of Calcutta.
