希望可以帮到你Time for spring outings!Look!The trees turn green and all the flowers are blooming. The weather gets warmer and warmer.Would you like to go on a spring outing? I think it will be fun.Spring is the first season of a year. The earth warms - you can smell it, feel it. In spring the sun shines brightly in the blue sky. There are many birds chipping around in Spring .This is a great time to go outside and have fun. One day ,We can go hiking together with our teachers. I can guess it will be a sunny day.Some students are boating, some are having a picnic. The others are flying kites or riding bikes.We can lie on the green grass and enjoy the sunshine too. The water of the lake is so clear and pure. All of us will have a good time.We are looking forward a spring outing.

对于我来说。
我的梦想有很多：当音乐家，当作曲家，当科学家，当航天员…… 但是别人都说要有一个明确的目标或者梦想才能进步。
可是我却在这些梦想中漂浮不定。
我不知道我该选哪个为目标。
于是我就选择了哪个都不选。
选择了照顾好自己的现在，未来。
我就不明白了梦想不就是一个自己想去做的目标吗
值得那么卖命吗
等到将来再见机行事不就可以了。
但是，时间不等人。
在你没有目标的时候时间也在消逝。
你没目标，代表了你没有追求。
没有了追求也就没有了动力。
没有了动力，也就没有了未来。
等到长大了，才知道自己没有紧紧抓住那个些宝贵的时间。
包括我自己现在也还是没有梦想。
我不知道改干什么。
我一直在想。
我可以干什么。
才知道，梦想不是看自己可不可以干什么。
而是看自己努不努力，努力了你自己也就梦想成真了。
就算没有成真，回头想想也觉得挺值得的，挺好的。
至少自己努力了，付出了。
所以。
我在自己内心深处深深的插下了一个目标：当一个歌手。
我要将自己不懈唱给世界。
把自己的努力唱给自己。
让自己绽放
我要把歌唱得最动人心，最完美。
唱得大快人心，唱得响彻云霄。
让整个宇宙都听到我的声音。
我的梦想，已经清楚了。
我会追求它。
我要抓住它。
我要把它放在心里面，让它实现。
我有了梦想了。

Healthy lifestyle (健康的生活方式)I think healthy and happy life starts with healthy eating. Stay away from junk food. Try the simple, easy, nice and healthy food. Enough sleep is important. So make strict schedules to guarantee your sleep time. Lack of sleep may result in serious health problems. So just relax and plan well and go to bed on time.Last but not the least, take sports into your life. Choose a sport you like and stick to it. It's better to find some friends of the same interest so that you can go together and share your experiences. To conclude, we all need to eat, sleep and play well to lead a healthy life.
