那有没有随身携带的呢
（有，很少：看来还是有几个不太正常的嘛，开个玩笑哈；没有：看来大家都是我的托儿啊）这结果还是很符合我的猜想，由此可见，手机对于我们的重要性啊。
众所周知，手机的发展历史十分短暂，从砖头般的大哥大到手掌厚的智能机，仅用了30几年，其功能的强大简直令人咋舌，什么电话短信、QQ微信、小说电视、字典游戏、时钟日历等等等等，真要数，还真有点根本停不下来的感觉。
是的，不可否认，我们已经离不开手机了，它就是我们的好朋友、贤内助，夸张一点的说，它甚至已经成为我们身体的一部分了。
据调查表明，如今大多数的人出门必带三件物件（你们要不要猜猜），钥匙、钱包以及手机，而且在调查中，居然有很多人是宁愿丢钱包也不愿丢手机的（当然，这是相对来说的）。
不知道你们有没有看过一则新闻，说的是温州某大学发起了“暂别手机24小时”活动，有30名同学参加，可是有29名同学自我禁锢没有超过3小时，这结果真是让人难以置信，要是换做是我......我觉得我肯定和他们也差不了多少。
其实手机对于我们是有很多危害的，就像辐射啊、细菌啊、不良信息等等，可总归是利大于弊的，所以才让我们欲罢不能，但是我们应该明白，手机只是一个工具，并不真是你身上的一块肉，没必要时刻与它形影不离，而是应该放下它。
当然，我所说的放下并不是说让你和它永别，因为你根本做不到嘛，是不，反正我是做不到的，只是希望你能在某些时候暂时放下它，与它小别而已。
比如现在，大家是不是就应该放下手机，认真倾听呢，即使我讲的还真是屁话。
（大家就应该继续保持这种认真倾听状态）不过这才更能表现出大家对他人的尊重以及自我的高素质呀。
比如上厕所，在调查中，有很多人都有带着手机入厕的习惯，如此只能让本来十分钟搞定的出恭，变为与马桶奋战的马拉松，这不仅对自己的健康不利，如果在公共场所也影响他人，关键是居然还有很多人曾经在如厕时，把手机连同大便一起送到了太平洋，这才更得不偿失呢。
比如聚餐时，不管是和同学朋友，还是家人，都应该放下手机，不能顾此失彼呀，这才是真正的珍惜眼前人啊。
我倒是觉得我们可以效仿西方，以后在和朋友聚餐时把手机垒起来，谁先碰谁买单（大家觉得呢）还有，在床上时，白天已经和手机腻腻歪歪那么久了，晚上还是把它扔远点吧，距离产生美嘛。
这是如果能捧着一本书，拥书而眠，是件多么美好的事儿啊。
我们需要手机，但是在某些时候还是应该放下它，让它能得到休息，也还自己一片平静吧

低头玩手机的现象很普遍，却没有多少人意识到沉迷于掌上方寸间的危害。
有人用鲜血在证明手机的危害。
近日，17岁女生商某与同伴外出聚餐时，一边走路一边玩手机，一脚踩空，跌入十五六米的深坑不幸身亡。
他的男朋友激动之下，转身跳下相救，落在深坑中间一个平台上，深受重伤。
女孩商某送到医院时心跳停止，经抢救无效死亡。
一个小小的手机很弱小，但它却像猛虎一样让小商付出了生命的代价。
可真是悲哀呀。
在这里我也提醒大家走路的时候就回到现实吧，手机是不会提醒你前面有什么的。
更值得深思的是在江西的一个司机竟然在高速路上玩，把生命当成儿戏，还好被及时阻止，才没酿成大祸。
科技改变了人们传统的沟通方式，带来方便快捷的同时，也会带来负面影响。
人们的交往隔着网络和屏幕，看不真切对方鲜活的表情，取而代之的是表情符。
也许在发这些符号的时候，我们的脸上其实没有什么表情。
人们把太多的情感投入到，和现实反而有些隔阂了。
周围的人都好像变透明了一样。
现在让我们回忆一下当我们低头的时候错过了什么，首先是最最珍贵的亲情，在拿起手机的时候，我们是善忘的，因为我们永远都想不起给家里打个电话，问候一下，在家里时时牵挂你的爸爸妈妈。
其次是友情，手机早已将我们变成了，因为我们竟悲哀的发现，拿起手机口若悬河的我们面对现实的交流竟然会怯懦无语。
然后是爱情，男孩们，你们不能也不应该在那里埋怨女孩太现实，因为沉迷于手机给不了她想要的家。
诚然，不该因噎废食禁用手机，说到底手机只是一种工具，放下你手中的手机，珍惜身边的风景，你会发现最真实的感动。
我也在这此真诚的提醒大家：走路看车别玩手机，陪家人聊天别玩手机……让我们时常放下手机，伸出手、迈开腿—而不是打个电话、发条短信去缩小与他人的距离。

在这里我给大家推荐一个戒掉手机瘾，最简单的方法，在手腕上套一个橡皮筋，每当你想玩手机的时候，你就不停地拉橡皮筋，一拉一松，弹到手腕疼痛，直至玩手机的想法消失。
我也会实施。
毕竟我也是个低头族。
这个是强制的方法，要从根本上解决，还是要在心理上作出调整。
首先，你得知道你自己为什么要进入大学，是为了以后找好工作。
这个道理我们都知道，但是知道不等于有动力，就像很多人都知道运动对健康有益，但是不会有很多人只是因为知道这件事就去运动。
他一定是为了达到某些目的，有了足够的动力才会去运动。
