Adversity forces us to take action and use or noggins. It fuels our response reflex and can help motivate us for out of our apathy. Adversity is a necessary thing for personal growth, absolutely.What do you do when adversity strikes you? Do you react or do you respond in a way that allows you to learn and grow from that adversity. For a moment I want you to think of yourself as if you were an Eagle. Why an Eagle? Just look at how they handle adversity. They don't react in a way that could cause more stress, they carefully respond by always flying higher. I mean that literally. God has specially programmed eagles to always go higher. Let me better explain. If a storm is approaching they don't battle through it, they fly over it. If they are being pestered by another bird, they fly where the other bird can't breathe. So where am I going with all of this? I believe that life is about levels. As you keep flying higher you become stronger and stronger. If you are an athlete this concept can be used when facing your goal. If your program is structured properly you will continue to achieve whatever goals you set. What you learn how to do is respond rather than react. You can learn how to look at your goals as if you are climbing a mountain. You don't just race to the top. You learn to climb to certain points and rest and evaluate your progress, making the necessary changes which will allow you to go higher. You may not even know this little known fact, but when they climb Mount Everest they go up and come down levels. This gives their body time to adjust to the altitude. Sometimes this approach is necessary in your athletic and personal life. Which means sometimes we need to back off and evaluate our situation. Maybe get some advice or coaching. This will allow us to get to the next level with renewed energy and enthusiasm. Just like the Eagle who just spreads it's wings and fly's higher and higher with little effort, while other birds can only battle through the storm. So what we all need to learn are strategies that we can use to achieve the next level.

Ladies and gentilemen: Good morning. my name is XXX. It's an honour to stand here to give my speech, today my topic is - A mistake i will never repeat. When i was a freshman, as most of students, i had more free time and fewer examnations, so after class, i felt like making friends with strenfers in the college, such as someone around me or people who were friends of my classmates and so on. Maybe it's magic, i met such a boy when i was a sophomore, he made me feel warm and safe. I think we really have a nice relationship just like lovers at that time. But some days later, i heard someone were talking, they said that he likes me, maybe it's love, then more and more people said like that. I felt nervous though he was cute in my eyes, i may hurt badly a voice read in my heart, and it became stronger and stronger. I was escaping.,escaping, and i didn't know what to do everyday, i had no courage to face this thing untill i found that i cann't forget him. I decided to study hard and have more courage than before just did like what he ever said, i made a clear goal and form certain principles in my life. whether he likes me or not, i think i wanna be more enriched because i know what i need. I won't repeat that mistake again. I often tell myself: my future will start here. Folowing i'll learn to becamean integrated girl, who has a fine body, can take an important task; has the independent thought, has the ability to judge right and wrong, then have a job. that's my job. Not a rose, but the scent of the rose; not the skym but the light in the sky; not the sea, but the sound of the sea. So i won't feel force of the wind, the fiash of the rain, just go face them and fight them. Be savage again, go hungry and cold like a wolf. The palms of my hands will thicken, the skin of my cheeks will tan, but i will walk like a big girl. I still remember: if a person in youth donesn't do his best, he will feel very sorry when he is old; and where there is a will, there is a way. I will make great efforts to bring into effect, because i know that my future isn't just a dream. I believe i can and i must have a broad future and a bright life.Thank .
