看你自己的语速 而且要看是带稿还是不带稿件 一般来说不带稿的话字少一些，因为要背诵，所以一千五百字左右就可以了。
当然还要看你自己是否熟悉稿件。
可以事先用手表卡下时间，一般来说背完4分30之前都是正常的。
如果是带稿件的话，大概两千三四百左右就可以了。
不过还是要事先卡下时间，大概4分20秒左右就可以了，因为还可以临场发挥。
其实在时间上来说一般演讲说是5分钟，但你有大概20秒左右的灵活时间，只要不是太超过了就可以了。
演讲完毕的最佳时间一般是4分50到5分10秒都是很正常的，不过介意你还是不要超过5分钟，因为有的评委他会很纠结的

1）选好一个目标，即主题。
如果是指定的话，你就要想想你希望演讲达到什么效果。
2）根据主题和你的个性来选择文体。
你希望你的演讲是幽默搞笑的，还是感人肺腑的或者是严重认真的。
这样才好找着力点。
3）选择内容，即观点和案例以及。
我个人介意最好演讲稿一开头就是名言或者古文。
如：世界上有两样东西深深的感动着我，一是头顶上璀璨的星空、一是我们崇高的心灵。
或者是古语有云：将降大任于是人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能。
等等，关键是看你要讲哪些方面的4）根据由浅即深的原则，层层深入，一步步将演讲稿写出。

关于为什么要读大学，我要说，这是我们步入社会的起点，也是我们成就事业的基础阶段。
关于如何度过大学时光，我要说，我会在老师的指导和帮助下，客观分析自身条件、科学确定职业发展目标、有序的安排校园生活、坦诚与人交流沟通、不断完善学习与生活方法，让大学时光充实而不忙乱、紧张而不压抑、自由而不失控、多彩而不偏激。

首先我要感谢大家对我的信任和支持。
今天站在这里，觉得自己没什么东西可以拿来炫耀的。
回顾自己从教18年，没做过什么轰轰烈烈的大事，也没有过突出的成就，只是平平凡凡的18年,我也只是一个平平凡凡的人，做着平平凡凡的事。
正是这种平凡让我明白了自己生存的意义。
尽管生活和工作让我有过困惑和压力，但更多的是对特殊教育事业的坚守，对工作的执着，对学生的关爱，对同事的真诚。
很多前辈和同事们的为人处世,以及平时自己对生活的感悟,让我明白越是眼界开阔、越是心胸宽广，人越是在一些事情上能够超然处之,魅力也就越大。
我也一直相信，事在人为，有付出，就总会有收获。
多年来，我不在乎要有个什么样的位置就做什么样的事情，而是主动地去做自己想做的，自己认为有意义的事。
从聋教育到智障教育再到孤独症的康复训练，从第一个把多媒体课件引入课堂到尝试综合教学再到个别化教学，从策划活动到主持节目再到为学校发展出谋划策，自己敢于尝试和挑战新的事物，也始终把自己当成学校这个团队中的重要一员。
每件事你用心去做了，你真诚地对待你的同事，你真心地去爱你的学生，那么你收获的将是惊喜和感动，你在学生和同事中的魅力指数也将不断攀升。

一篇平凡无奇的文章，到了优秀演沟者的口中，可以化腐朽为神奇。
相反，一篇精彩生动的好文章到了不会演绎的人口中，可以变得平淡如水，了无生气。
而最让演讲者得心应手的是演绎自己的文章。
2001年我第一次参加国际演讲会举办的，通过初赛、决赛和总决赛，过五关斩六将，夺得了香港赛区的总决赛冠军，并赴新加坡参加的比赛，可是未能夺得名次。
今年是我第二次参加，我希望可以参加的比赛并获得名次，从而有机会进入世界级的比赛，丰富人生经历。
我参加比赛，重要的是享受过程。
)8月13日晚上我已经参加了初赛，意想不到的是我竟然在初赛中被淘汰出局(因为演讲的时问超过了规定时限的10秒钟，不给分数)，真是不知所措!今年的愿望算是扑空了，呜呼哀哉!
