孩子的成长需要父母的引导，与孩子一同寻找学习的乐趣，才能有助于孩子在学习上取得好的成绩。
下面，我结合自己的一些看法，从以下几个方面介绍一下我的经验：一、以身作则。
家长首先要养成良好的习惯。
为孩子起到表率作用。
因为，父母的一言一行都是孩子的启蒙。
提供孩子的学习氛围，与孩子一起看书或学习。
久而久之，渐渐地他们自然而然地感觉父母很注重学习，知道自己应该如何去学习，懂得了不是为谁而学的道理。
二、尊重孩子。
何为尊重呢
我们不妨在适当的时间坐下来和孩子相互交流，让孩子畅所欲言，给我们提供一些信息，让我们知道孩子的喜怒哀乐。
有时意见分歧时，做为家长，是否会去认真考虑孩子的意见比我们的更完善、更妥贴。
如果这样，我们就应该放弃自己的意见，大胆采纳孩子的意见。
这是给孩子一次是非认知判断能力的锻炼，既尊重了孩子，又缩短了两代人的鸿沟。
