看，我们城市里的河流的河水发黑发臭;排成长龙的汽车放出大量的废气；成片的绿地变成“石屎森林”；那清脆的鸟叫声消失得无影无踪。
如果再这样下去，中国将继续贫乏水资源，空气将变得愈来愈浑浊，本世纪将有10%的鸟类物种消失。
上述的事情，我们人类是罪魁祸首
人人皆知：树木能吸收二氧化碳，排放氧气，净化空气，是我们人类生存的必要的条件。
但是有一些人为了金钱去乱砍滥伐树木，造成了过度的水土流失，使大地的植被受到严重的破坏，绿洲和城市也荒漠化，我们人类的生存受到了威胁。
就我们平时用的一次性筷子，每天都要耗费数十亩的森林，在那些人眼中，树木除了可以做家具和建筑材料外，似乎没有任何价值。
难道还有人不懂树木对我们意味着什么吗 我们居住面积已经很小了，如果再这样下去，可能连我们唯一的土地都失去。
还有，我们的母亲河——黄河近年来河床和含沙量不断增高，成为全国污染最严重的几条江河之一。
我们不能眼睁睁地看着黄河从我们手中枯竭，因而有许多环境学者纷纷研究治理黄河污染的方案，试图改善黄河的水质。
但如果没有我们的共同参与，我们这个生命的摇篮——黄河将会走向衰竭和死亡。

所以人们常说：雷锋出差一千里，好事做了一火车。
可见在他那短暂的人生中做了多少好事，给别人带来了多少快乐和安慰。
是啊，自从***题词以来，多少人在他的精神感召下，在平凡的岗位上做出了不平凡的事。
可是，多少伟大的人，伟大的事，哪个不是从身边的小事做起
我曾经看过这样一个故事：一个小女孩经过一片草地时，看见一只蝴蝶被荆棘弄伤了，于是她小心翼翼地为它拔掉刺，让它飞向大自然。
后来蝴蝶为了报恩，化做一位仙女，对小女孩说：“请你许个愿吧
我将让它实现。
”小女孩想想说，“我希望快乐”。
于是，仙女在她耳边细语一番便飞走了，后来，这个小女孩果真快乐地度过了一生。
而这个快乐的秘密就是力所能及地帮助身边的每一个人。
同学们，这个故事告诉我们，我们向雷锋叔叔学习，就要从做好每一件小事开始，从身边最平凡的小事做起：捡起地上的一片纸屑，你就是一个爱清洁的环保小卫士；帮助身边有困难的同学，你就是一个有爱心的好朋友；珍惜每一分钟，勤奋学习，你就是一个爱学习的小标兵；见到师长、父母问一声好，你就是一个懂礼貌的的好孩子；再过两天就是三、八妇女节，你送给妈妈一本字迹清秀的作业；或为她端上一杯热气腾腾的茶水；或为她声情并茂地朗诵一篇课文，献上一曲动听的歌等等，来表达你对妈妈的爱。
这一切的一切都是学雷锋的具体表现。

这些特点使我与我所向往的软件测试人员这一职业契合度很高,当然我也有支配意识，年轻气盛等缺点，这些我都会在今后不断改进。
通过分析和我所学专业结合，我将选择软件行业作为我未来发展的方向。
努力成为IT企业的高级管理人员。
成功不见要靠自身的努力，外部环境也是决定成功与否的重要因素。
所以下面是第三项 职业分析 首先是环境分析 *我的家庭环境：父母受过良好的大学教育，影响我使我做事有严谨的态度，培养我使我有强烈的求知欲和探索精神。
而这些性格刚好与我的目标职业软件测试人员所需要的不谋而合。
*我的学校环境：哈尔滨学院软件学院实行的特色的2.5+1.5办学模式，使得毕业与岗位零距离。
二号教学楼五层有软件学院专门的四核处理器的机房。
学校其他的硬件设施也很完备。
但学校知名度不高，无法与名校抗衡。
*社会环境：岗位有限，岗位稳定性有限，就业资源有限，等待分配资源的人却越来越多。
*职业环境：软件行业人才供不应求，缺口大 ; *我所向往的企业是大连东软集团有限公司; 前不久我参加软件学院的工信委座谈会。
通过座谈会我了解到软件行业真正需要的人才，如果我能靠自己的努力进入该企业，我将要求自己做到以下九点， 当然甚至更多。
下面第四项是我职业定位的SWOT分析。
在未来的日子里，我会尽全力将我的劣势变为优势以弥补客观上的不足。
大学的时光很快就会过去了。
