敬爱的老师和同学们：记得刚上一年级的时候，我算是班上最调皮的几个学生之一，捣蛋，不守纪律，懒散，课堂上动个不停，话多，手多。
我还居然给崔老师取了个外号，叫“小崔崔”，觉得亲切，很好玩。
当我当着老师的面这样称呼她时，崔老师严肃的批评了我，她教会我要有礼貌的称呼长辈。
学会尊重别人，要从最基本的礼貌用语开始。
因为调皮，我成为崔老师第一批家访的学生。
就这样，不到两个月时间，我的坏毛病在崔老师的严厉调教下，慢慢的在改变。
每当我和别的同学发生碰撞，打架，委屈流泪的时候，崔老师总是在我身边，安慰我，开导我，她说：“男孩子要坚强，要学会自己解决问题”。
在老师的鼓励下，我积极向上，获得学期最大进步奖，还当上了小组长呢。
崔老师的形象在我心中越加神圣。
一年级下学期，当崔老师得知我妈妈住院动手术时，她更加关心我的学习和生活，还安慰我妈说，这段时间天乐在学校很听话，请安心养伤，不用担心孩子。
我特别感动。
崔老师语文教学经验丰富，我们班的语文成绩一直名列前茅。
她为了班上的学生操心劳累，呕心沥血，却顾不上自己的身体。
今年，她的颈椎病已经非常严重了，经常头晕，疼痛难忍，为了我们，她坚持上课，直到住院手术的前一周，她还坚持参加家委会组织的春游，带病和同学们一起。
那一天，我们都看到，崔老师的状态很糟糕，都快倒下了。
她说：“如果我不去，孩子们会非常失望的”。
她和我们坚持到最后。
多么伟大的好老师啊
我真的很感动
崔老师不仅用知识，更是用自身行动教育着我。
当我在医院病房看到手术后的崔老师，脖子上戴着固定的护套，虽然脖子僵硬不允许动，但是一看到我们，就非常开心激动，她微笑着向我张开双手，我兴奋的立刻投入她温暖的怀抱。
“崔老师，我爱您”
崔老师这么爱护我们，我们更要好好的爱老师。
崔老师在我们的爱心祝福下慢慢康复了，又回到我们的身边。
我亲身体会到爱的意义。
“教育就是播种爱”这是我们南山实验学校李校长提倡的教育理念。
在这里，我们无处不感受到爱的存在。
