记得，有一次户外体育活动,有个小朋友想上厕所,我赶紧请他回教室卫生间,可他偏要固执地在一棵小树旁小便,我见他一点儿也不听我的话,便不由分说地批评他不讲卫生,行为很不文明。
起初，他用疑惑的眼神望着我,，后振振有词地说:“老师,这个树太小了,我给它施施肥,让他快快长大!”看着他那天真无邪的脸蛋,我无言以答，内疚占据了我的心。
高尔基曾经说过的话“爱孩子是母鸡都可以做到的，但要教育孩子就不是一件容易的事情了”。
我不断地揣磨着这句话，细细领会其中涵义。
如今的我，脑海中还不时地记起高尔基的话语。

在孩子中间，那种放松、无拘无束、融洽的气氛，是多么吸引我。
那些共同玩耍时顽皮、有趣的游戏，时而天真、时而深沉的交谈，又常给我无穷的回味。
当孩子们有进步时，所体验的那种成就感，是其他任何工作无法比拟的，慢慢地，我便爱上这份职业。
这种爱，是我最好的教师，这种爱，更是一种沉甸甸的责任。
是的，是爱，使我对这项工作更加成熟，更加得心应手，孩子们也在爱中溶为一体了。
